Abstract

Natürliche Bastfasern aus Hanf, Flachs, Kenaf oder Nessel sollen zu Beton-, Mörtel- oder Estrichmischungen in einer Feinheit und Menge beigemischt werden, die ausreicht, um gleichwertige oder bessere Biegezug-, Druck- und Zugfestigkeiten als ebensolche Mischungen, denen künstlich hergestellte Fasern beigemischt wurden, zu erreichen. Die Vorteile liegen in der ökologischen Herstellung der Rohstoffe (nachwachsende Rohstoffe) und im Preisunterschied: Naturfasern kosten ca. 10 - 15 ÖS per kg, Kunstfasern kosten ca. 110 - 150 ÖS per kg. Der österreichische Jahresbedarf liegt zur Zeit bei 10.000 t Kunstfasern.

Verwendung von Kunstfasern (Polypropylen u.a.) als Faserverstärkungen Technische Aufgabe:
Ersatz bisher verwendeter Kunstfasern durch Naturfasern aus ökologischen und ökonomischen Gründen
Erfindung:
Beigabe von Bastfasern, gewonnen aus Hanf, Flachs, Kenaf, Nesseln in verschiedenen Feinheiten zu Beton, Mörtel oder Estrichen in Mengen von 0,1 - 50 kg Fasern pro m3. 2

  1. ΑΊ üül 374 Ul ANSPRUCH 1) Beton^Mörtel-oder Estrichmischungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Bastfasern, und/oder Nesselfasem (wie Hanffasem, Flachsfasem, Kenaffasem...) in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 50 kg pro m3 Frischbeton, Frischmörtel oder Frischestrich beigemischt werden. 3
