Der erhaltene Kautschuk wird darauf in Vakuum getrocknet, er ist rein und frei von Stickstoff. An Stelle des Natriumdesoxycholats kann als Emulgator z. B. auch isopropyl-oder isobutylnaphtalin-sulfosaures Natrium verwendet werden, oder es können auch nur 0,5 cm3 einer 10% igen Natriumoleatlösung zur Anwendung kommen. Als Fällungsmittel kommen unter anderen verdünnte anorganische oder organische Säuren, z. B. Salzsäure, Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, fernerhin Alkohole, Methyl- oder Äthylakohol und Aceton in Betracht. Beispiel 3 : Zu einer Mischung von 375 Gewichtsteilen Hevea-Latex 215 Volumteilen EMI2.1 Die Mischung wird in einer inerten Gasatmosphäre acht Stunden im Autoklaven auf 150 erhitzt, dann wie üblich dialysiert bis zur neutralen Reaktion und der Kautschuk durch Fällen mit Aceton, Alkohol oder Ameisensäure gewonnen. Er ist stiekstoffrei.
Claims (1)
- PATENT-ANSPRUCH : Verfahren zur Herstellung von reinen Kautschukkohlenwasserstoffen aus Kautschukmilchsäften durch Behandeln derselben mit Alkalilauge, Entfernung der Lauge und schliesslich Fällen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Stabilität der Latex-Emulsion durch Zusatz von wasserlöslichen Emulgatoren erhöht.
