Abstract
La presente revelación se refiere a compuestos de fórmula (1) que modulan la actividad de receptor 52 acoplado a proteína G (GPR52), sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de compuestos de fórmula (1), y composiciones farmacéuticas de los mismos. Compuestos, sales farmacéuticas de compuestos, y composiciones farmacéuticas de la presente revelación están dirigidos a métodos de utilidad en el tratamiento o profilaxis de una enfermedad neurológica o trastorno y a afecciones relacionadas a la misma. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1), o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo, donde: X, Y¹ y Y² son independientemente N (nitrógeno) o CH; Z es N o CR¹, donde al menos uno de Z, X, Y¹ y Y² es N (nitrógeno); Z¹ es un compuesto de fórmula (2) ó (3); Z² es un compuesto de fórmula (4), (5) ó (6); Q¹ es N (nitrógeno) o CR⁴; Q² es N (nitrógeno) o CR⁵; R¹ es hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo C₁-C₆ o haloalquilo C₁-C₆; R² es hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo C₁-C₆, haloalquilo C₁-C₆, o -ORA; R³ es hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo C₁-C₆, o haloalquilo C₁-C₆; i) R⁴, R⁵, R⁶, y R⁷, son independientemente hidrógeno, halógeno, -(CH₂)ₙ-CN, nitro, haloalquilo C₁-C₆, cicloalquilo C₃-C₈, -NHC(=O)RB, -ORB, -S(O)ₘRB, -(CH₂)ₘC(=O)RB, -S(O)ₚN(RBRC), o alquilo C₁-C₆ opcionalmente sustituido con hidroxilo; o ii) R⁴ y R⁵, junto con los átomos de carbono a los cuales están adheridos, forman un grupo arilo de 6 miembros, un grupo heteroarilo de 5 - 6 miembros opcionalmente sustituido con alquilo C₁-C₆, un grupo cicloalquilo de 5 - 6 miembros opcionalmente sustituido con =O, o un grupo heterociclilo de 5 - 6 miembros, y R⁶ y R⁷ son independientemente hidrógeno, halógeno, -(CH₂)ₙ-CN, nitro, alquilo C₁-C₆ opcionalmente sustituido con hidroxilo, haloalquilo C₁-C₆, cicloalquilo C₃-C₈, -NHC(=O)RB, -ORB, -S(O)ₘRB, -(CH₂)ₘC(=O)RB o -S(O)ₚN(RBRC); o iii) R⁵ y R⁶, junto con los átomos de carbono a los cuales están adheridos, forman un grupo arilo de 6 miembros, un grupo heteroarilo de 5 - 6 miembros opcionalmente sustituido con alquilo C₁-C₆, un grupo cicloalquilo de 5 - 6 miembros opcionalmente sustituido con =O, o un grupo heterociclilo de 5 - 6 miembros, y R⁴ y R⁷, son independientemente hidrógeno, halógeno, -(CH₂)ₙ-CN, nitro, alquilo C₁-C₆ opcionalmente sustituido con hidroxilo, haloalquilo C₁-C₆, cicloalquilo C₃-C₈, -NHC(=O)RB, -ORB, -S(O)ₘRB, -(CH₂)ₘC(=O)RB o -S(O)ₚN(RBRC); o iv) R⁶ y R⁷, junto con los átomos de carbono a los cuales están adheridos, forman un grupo arilo de 6 miembros, un grupo heteroarilo de 5 - 6 miembros opcionalmente sustituido con alquilo C₁-C₆, un grupo cicloalquilo de 5 - 6 miembros opcionalmente sustituido con =O, o un grupo heterociclilo de 5 - 6 miembros, y R⁴ y R⁵, son independientemente hidrógeno, halógeno, -(CH₂)ₙ-CN, nitro, alquilo C₁-C₆ opcionalmente sustituido con hidroxilo, haloalquilo C₁-C₆, cicloalquilo C₃-C₈, -NHC(=O)RB, -ORB, -S(O)ₘRB, -(CH₂)ₘC(=O)RB o -S(O)ₚN(RBRC); uno de R⁸ y R⁹ es -(CH₂)ₙC(=O)N(RERF) y el otro de R⁸ y R⁹ es hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo C₁-C₆, haloalquilo C₁-C₆, -C(=O)RD, o -ORE; o R⁸ y R⁹ junto con el átomo de carbono al cual están adheridos, forman un grupo heterociclilo de 5 - 6 miembros, dicho grupo heterociclilo de 5 - 6 miembros opcionalmente sustituido con =O; R¹⁰ es hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo C₁-C₆, haloalquilo C₁-C₆, -C(=O)RD, o -ORE; cada RA, RB, RC, es independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo C₁-C₆, o haloalquilo C₁-C₆; cada RD es independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo C₁-C₆, haloalquilo C₁-C₆, -NH₂, o -NH(CH₂)qOH; cada RE, y RF, es independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo C₁-C₆, o haloalquilo C₁-C₆; o RE y RF, junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al cual están adheridos, forman un grupo heterociclilo de 5 - 6 miembros; cada m es independientemente 0, 1, 2 ó 3; cada n es independientemente 0, 1, 2 ó 3; cada p es independientemente 1 ó 2; y cada q es independientemente 2, 3 ó 4.
