Abstract
Un método de mantenimiento automatizado con un robot, se determina de manera automática la ubicación exacta de un recipiente metalúrgico y un cierre corredizo (10) en el sitio de mantenimiento, y, de este modo, un mecanismo impulsor se monta por medio de este en el cierre corredizo (10). El cierre corredizo se suelta mediante el mecanismo impulsor, y el robot puede insertar al menos una placa de cierre refractaria (19, 21) en una unidad de deslizamiento (20) y en una carcasa (11) del cierre corredizo (10) o se puede extraer de estas. Es posible pasar de este mantenimiento automatizado con el robot a un mantenimiento manual del cierre corredizo (10) en el sitio de mantenimiento, y viceversa. Durante el mantenimiento automatizado, las placas de cierre (19, 21) se insertan junto con un receptáculo (15, 25) en la carcasa (11) y en la unidad de deslizamiento (20), o se extraen de estas. Por el contrario, durante el mantenimiento manual estos receptáculos (15, 25) se encuentran fijos en la carcasa (11) o en la unidad de deslizamiento (20), y las placas de cierre (19, 21) se insertan de manera manual directamente en los receptáculos que quedan en el cierre corredizo (10) y se centran allí, se ajustan o sueltan. Se puede pasar de manera muy simple del mantenimiento automatizado al manual, y viceversa.
