Abstract
Un método para preparar un producto de soja fermentada que comprende: inocular una cepa CJ24-34 de Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (KCCM12038P) en una harina de soja o un concentrado de proteína de soja; y obtener una harina de soja fermentada o un concentrado de proteína de soja fermentada, que se fermenta cultivando la cepa de Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, un producto de soja fermentada preparado mediante el método, y una composición de alimentación animal que comprende el producto fermentado. El producto de soja fermentada preparado por el método no contiene mucílago, muestra una excelente actividad antibacteriana y tiene un alto contenido de péptidos de bajo peso molecular.
