Abstract
Referido a un metodo para producir un producto alimenticio, dicho metodo comprende: (a) procesar celulas de microorganismos que se recolectan de un medio de cultivo para producir un producto proteico, donde dicho producto proteico comprende uno o mas de proteina unicelular, lisado celular, concentrado de proteina, aislado de proteina, extracto de proteina, hidrolizado de proteina, aminoacidos libres, peptidos y oligopeptidos; y (b) procesar el producto de proteina para producir un producto alimenticio.
