Abstract
La presente solicitud se refiere al campo de los materiales sólidos para absorción de litio. En particular, se refiere a un procedimiento de preparación de un material sólido cristalizado y conformado, preferentemente en forma de extrudidos, de fórmula (LiCl)ˣ.2Al(OH)₃,nH₂O con n que está comprendido entre 0,01 y 10, donde x está comprendido entre 0,4 y 1, que comprende una etapa a) de precipitación de boehmita en condiciones de temperatura y de pH específicas, una etapa de puesta en contacto del precipitado obtenido con LiCl, al menos una etapa de conformado por amasado-extrusión ácida, y dicho procedimiento comprende también una etapa de tratamiento hidrotérmico final, y todo ello permite aumentar la capacidad de adsorción del litio, la cinética de adsorción, así como la selectividad litio / boro de los materiales obtenidos con respecto a los materiales del arte anterior cuando éste se utiliza en un procedimiento de extracción del litio de soluciones salinas.
