Abstract

Son adecuados para usar como nematicidas y en composiciones farmacéuticas para el control de parásitos. Reivindicación 1: Los compuestos de fórmula (1) donde Y es O, C=O o CR¹²R¹³; A es un anillo heteroaromático de 5 ó 6 miembros que contiene de 1 a 3 heteroátomos, cada uno seleccionado independientemente entre oxígeno, nitrógeno y azufre, o un anillo fenílico; estando el anillo heteroaromático o el anillo fenílico opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más R⁶; R⁶ es, independientemente de los demás, halógeno, ciano, alquilo C₁₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₄, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄, haloalquiltio C₁₋₄, (alcoxi C₁₋₄)-(alquilo C₁₋₄) o (haloalcoxi C₁₋₄)-(alquilo C₁₋₄); R¹, R², R³, R⁴, R¹² y R¹³ son, independientemente unos de otros, hidrógeno, halógeno, ciano, alquilo C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₄ o haloalquilo C₁₋₄; R⁵ es hidrógeno, metoxi o hidroxilo; B es fenilo sustituido con uno o más R⁸; R⁸ es, independientemente de los demás, halógeno, ciano o un grupo -L-R⁹, donde cada L es, independientemente de los demás, un enlace, -O-, -OC(O)-, -NR⁷-, -NR⁷CO-, -NR⁷S(O)ₙ-, -S(O)ₙ-, -S(O)ₙNR⁷-, -COO- o CONR⁷-; n es 0, 1 ó 2; R⁷ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, bencilo o fenilo, donde el bencilo y el fenilo no están sustituidos o están sustituidos con halógeno, ciano, alquilo C₁₋₄ o haloalquilo C₁₋₄; R⁹ es, independientemente de los demás, alquilo C₁₋₆, que no está sustituido o está sustituido con uno o más R¹⁰, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, que no está sustituido o está sustituido con uno o más R¹⁰, bicicloalquilo C₆₋₁₄, que no está sustituido o está sustituido con uno o más R¹⁰, alquenilo C₂₋₆, que no está sustituido o está sustituido con uno o más R¹⁰, alquinilo C₂₋₆, que no está sustituido o está sustituido con uno o más R¹⁰, fenilo, que no está sustituido o está sustituido con uno o más R¹⁰, o heteroarilo, que no está sustituido o está sustituido con uno o más R¹⁰; R¹⁰ es, independientemente de los demás, halógeno, ciano, alquilo C₁₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₄, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄, alquiltio C₁₋₄, haloalquiltio C₁₋₄, alqueniloxi C₃₋₆ o alquiniloxi C₃₋₆; donde B y A-CO-NR⁵ están en cis uno respecto del otro en el anillo de cuatro miembros, y tautómeros / isómeros / enantiómeros de estos compuestos. Reivindicación 17: Compuestos de fórmula (2) donde B, Y, R¹, R³ y R⁴ son como se definen en la reivindicación 1, donde los compuestos de fórmulas (3) y (4) se excluyen. Reivindicación 18: Compuestos de fórmula (5) donde B, Y, R¹, R², R³, R⁴ y R⁵ son como se definen en la reivindicación 1, donde el compuesto de fórmula (6) se excluye.
