背景技术
植物寄生线虫是一类蠕虫,能够寄生在植物根、茎、叶等多种植物组织,目前已成为危害农业生产的第二大类病原物,植物寄生线虫不仅能够通过分泌物感染寄主,同时还能够通过传播其他植物病原,引发植物发生继生病害。植物寄生线虫种类多达200个属,涉及到5000多个种,其中危害农林业生产的主要植物寄生线虫包括根结线虫(Meloidogyne)、胞囊线虫(Heterodera)、滑刃线虫(Aphelenchina)、茎线虫(Ditylenchus)、根瘤线虫(Nacobbus)及根腐线虫(Pratylenchus)、松材线虫(Bursa phelenchus xylophilus)等,其中以胞囊线虫(Heterodera)和根结线虫(Meloidogyne)为主。
Cyclobutrifluram是先正达公司开发的新烟酰胺类杀菌杀线虫剂。IUPAC名称:N-[2-(2,4-二氯苯基)环丁基]-2-(三氟甲基)烟酰胺,其包含80%-100%的(1S,2S)-对映体和0~20%的(1R,2R)-对映体;CAS登录号:1460292-16-3;分子式:C17H13CI2F3N2O。Cyclobutrifluram防治谱广、高效、用量少,易于使用,能有效防治各类线虫和主要真菌病害,对黄瓜、番茄、玉米和甜菜等作物上的根结线虫、甜菜孢囊线虫和玉米短体线虫等高效,土壤处理或种子处理均可,长效防治主要农作物和多种环境中的线虫和病害,尤其是对镰刀菌具有优异的防治效果。
通过化合物对靶标生物活性测定,设计不同的农药组合,是提高防治效果、延缓抗药性的有效方法之一。本发明的发明人对Cyclobutrifluram与氟烯线砜或乙酰虫腈及其组合进行了深入研究,发现Cyclobutrifluram与氟烯线砜或乙酰虫腈中的任一种进行复配,在一定的比例范围内具有明显的增效作用,且Cyclobutrifluram和氟烯线砜或乙酰虫腈的作用机理存在差异,Cyclobutrifluram与氟烯线砜或乙酰虫腈任一种复配有利于克服和延缓线虫的抗药性,减少用药量,降低成本,提高防效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种对线虫具有较高活性的杀线虫组合物,能提高实际的防治效果,有效减缓靶标害虫的抗药性产生,减少土传病害的发生。

2)本发明的组合物具有良好的杀线虫活性;
3)本发明组合物毒性较低,在作物中残留少,可以大幅减少田间用药量,减少生产和使用成本,有效减少环境污染和农药残留。
具体实施方式
为了更好的说明本发明有效防治效果,使用上述实施例药剂为使本发明的技术方案,目的以及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明并非局限于这些例子。本发明的效果实验采用室内生测和田间试验相结合的方式。
制剂制备实施例:
制备例制备工艺:
1、悬浮剂制剂加工工艺:按照配方比例,将原药、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得所需悬浮剂。
2、乳油制剂加工工艺:按照配方比例,将计量后的原药、溶剂、助溶剂加入到调配釜中搅拌使其溶解,再加入乳化剂,用剩余溶剂补足余量,在搅拌釜中搅拌均匀,过滤后即得所需乳油。
3、颗粒剂制剂加工工艺:采用包衣造粒法,将原药、分散剂、助剂混合均匀制成母粉,将母粉与载体一并加入到包衣造粒机中搅拌,边搅拌边加入配好的粘结剂水溶液,充分混合均匀后出料,经干燥过筛即可得到本发明所述颗粒剂。

室内生物测定试验
实施例1:Cyclobutrifluram和氟烯线砜或乙酰虫腈复配对南方根结线虫的联合毒力测定试验
试验依据:试验参照NY/T 1833.1-2009《农药室内生物测定试验标准杀线虫剂第1部分:抑制植物病原线虫试验浸虫法》。
供试对象:南方根结线虫[Meloidogyne incongnita(Kofold&White)Chitwood],从青岛市即墨移风店大棚黄瓜根结样本中分离,在实验室内用黄瓜活体植株上培养及繁殖。
供试药剂:90%cyclobutrifluram原药、95%氟烯线砜原药、96%乙酰虫腈原药,以上药剂均由集团研发中心提供。
药剂配制:将以上各原药先用丙酮溶解后,再用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释。每个药剂设置5个系列浓度梯度,以不含药剂且溶剂含量相同的水溶液作对照。
线虫悬浮液制备:从根结线虫发病比较严重的黄瓜根结上挑取根结线虫卵块用清水清洗,放置于培养皿内的滤纸上,加适量蒸馏水,置于25±1℃培养箱内孵化培养,24h后收集龄期一致的二龄幼虫配制成根结线虫悬浮液,每1mL悬浮液中含不少于100头线虫,备用。
试验方法:用移液管从低浓度到高浓度,依次吸取药液3mL分别加入试管中,然后吸取制备好的等量线虫悬浮液3mL加入试管中,使药液与线虫悬浮液等量混合均匀。用移液枪移取一定体积的混合液于多孔生化测试板的小孔中,加盖,每处理重复4次,以不含药剂且溶剂含量相同的水溶液作对照。25℃下培养24h,检查线虫的活动情况,计算各个药剂处理对线虫的相对致死率。
试验调查:从各个处理中取1mL混合液在解剖镜下观察线虫死亡情况,每重复观测的线虫数不少于100头。记录调查的线虫总数和死亡线虫数。死亡的线虫虫体常僵直,用发丝针或竹丝针触碰仍不能弯曲运动。
计算方法:
根据调查数据,计算各处理的死亡率,按照以下公式进行计算,计算结果均保留到小数点后两位:
若对照死亡率小于5%,无需校正;若对照死亡率在5%~10%之间,应按照校正死亡率公式进行校正;对照死亡率大于15%,试验需要重做。
统计分析:根据各药剂浓度对数值及对应的死亡率,用IBM SPSS Statistics 20统计分析系统分析,求出毒力回归线、LC50值及相关系数R2,评价供试药剂对生物试材的活性。
根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC),评价联合作用类型。
CTC≥120表现为增效作用,CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用,CTC介于80和120之间表现为相加作用。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)下式计算:

S——标准杀虫剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);
M——混剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L)。
TTI=TIA*PA+TIB*PB

TIA——A药剂毒力指数;
PA——A药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%);
TIB——B药剂毒力指数;
PB——B药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%)。

ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
TTI——混剂理论毒力指数。
试验结果见下表。

由表1可以看出,Cyclobutrifluram和氟烯线砜质量比在1:20~20:1时,对南方根结线虫有较好的控制效果,联合作用表现为增效;当Cyclobutrifluram和氟烯线砜的质量比为1:20~5:1时,其共毒系数大于130,增效作用显著;当Cyclobutrifluram和氟烯线砜的质量比为1:5~3:1时,其共毒系数大于150,增效作用突出;当Cyclobutrifluram和氟烯线砜的质量比为1:2时,共毒系数最大为219.478,表明在该质量比下Cyclobutrifluram和氟烯线砜复配对南方根结线虫活性最好。

由表2可以看出,Cyclobutrifluram和乙酰虫腈质量比在1:20~20:1时对南方根结线虫有较好的控制效果,联合作用表现为增效;当Cyclobutrifluram和乙酰虫腈的质量比为1:10~10:1时,其共毒系数大于130,增效作用显著;当Cyclobutrifluram和乙酰虫腈的质量比为1:5~5:1时,其共毒系数大于140,增效作用突出;当Cyclobutrifluram和乙酰虫腈的质量比为2:1时,共毒系数最大为199.158,表明在该质量比下Cyclobutrifluram和乙酰虫腈复配对南方根结线虫活性最好。
田间药效试验
实施例2:Cyclobutrifluram和氟烯线砜或乙酰虫腈复配对黄瓜跟根结线虫的田间药效试验
试验对象:黄瓜根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood);经分离鉴定主要是南方根结线虫[Meloidogyne incongnita(Kofold&White)Chitwood]。
试验地点:山东省烟台市海阳市二十里店镇刘家村黄瓜大棚,试验地为保护地栽培,历年黄瓜根结线虫发生较重而均匀,各个小区栽培条件均匀一致,符合当地常规栽培实践。
试验作物及品种:黄瓜(改良翠玉)。
试验药剂:试验药剂及制剂用药量见下表。
试验设计:试验小区按照随机区组排列,小区面积20m2,每个处理重复4次。在黄瓜移栽定植缓苗后(2020年7月6日),施药1次,采用灌根/撒施的的方法进行施药。
调查方法:在黄瓜拔秧前(2020年11月13日)调查一次药效;寻找小区内可疑病株,用对角线五点取样法,每点调查两株,计算病情指数和防治效果。
病株分级方法:
0级:根系无虫瘿;
1级:根系有少量虫瘿;
3级:三分之二根系布满小虫瘿;
5级:根系布满小虫瘿并有次生虫瘿;
7级:根系形成须根团。
药效计算方法:
试验结果见下表:

由上表可以看出,不同配比的杀线虫组合物对于黄瓜根结线虫具有良好的防治效果,其中各制备例对黄瓜根结线虫的防治效果均高于81%。其中20% Cyclobutrifluram·乙酰虫腈乳油(1:1)和15%
Cyclobutrifluram·氟烯线砜悬浮剂(1:2)对黄瓜根结线虫的的防效最显著,其防效为87.02%和85.58%。
综上所述,通过室内毒力测定和田间药效试验,本发明的杀线虫组合物对线虫具有很好的防治效果,且对靶标作物安全,防效显著,在延缓抗药性的产生、延长持效性方面均优于单剂,能够有效降低生产成本和使用成本。
Claims (10)
1.一种杀线虫组合物及其应用,其特征在于,所述的组合物含活性成分A和活性成分B,活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:20~20:1;所述的活性成分A为Cyclobutrifluram,所述的活性成分B为氟烯线砜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分B为乙酰虫腈,活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:10~10:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分B为乙酰虫腈,活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:5~5:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的总重量占所述组合物的0.1%~80%,优选为1%~50%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物包含活性成分外,还包括农业上允许的辅助成分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的辅助成分选自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、增效剂、载体中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物可制备成农业上允许的任意一种制剂剂型。
8.根据权利要求7所述的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的制剂剂型为颗粒剂、悬浮剂或乳油。
9.如权利要求1-8任一项所述的杀线虫组合物和/或其制剂防治植物害虫中的应用。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的植物害虫为线虫,所述的线虫为根结线虫(Meloidogyne)、胞囊线虫(Heterodera)、滑刃线虫(Aphelenchina)、茎线虫(Ditylenchus)、根瘤线虫(Nacobbus)及根腐线虫(Pratylenchus)、松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)中的任一种或多种;
优选的,所述的线虫为根结线虫(Meloidogyne)。
