本发明涉及一种控制复合病害的组合物,其可同时防除线虫类、刺足根螨等生活在土壤和/或种子中的害虫以及土壤和/或种子传染性病害。
背景技术
线虫通过直接摄食损害、传染病毒和促进细菌和真菌污染而破坏作物。线虫引起的根损害可引起作物产量和质量的显著降低,并且从而导致消费者的成本增加。
人们希望得到一种组合物,其可同时防除线虫类、刺足根螨等生活在土壤和/或种子中的害虫以及土壤和/或种子传染性病害,而且与单独施用一种活性成分相比,组合物具有强化的增效防除效果。
式(I)化合物由WO2013/143811已知。其中记载了其用于防治动物害虫的用途。特别是其对线虫的控制显示良好的活性。
但是,尚不知道将式(I)化合物与特定的杀菌剂组合时,对于同时防除生活在土壤和/或种子中的害虫以及土壤和/或种子传染性植物病害是否都可发挥协同增效的效果。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种控制复合病害的组合物,其可同时防除线虫类、刺足根螨等生活在土壤和/或种子中的害虫以及土壤和/或种子传染性病害。
本发明人在为解决这一课题而反复研究。发现将式(I)化合物与咯菌腈、噁霉灵、硫酸铜钙组合,可以取得以上预期的效果,从而完成了本发明。
本发明一种控制复合病害的组合物是采取以下技术方案实现:
本发明提供一种控制复合病害的组合物,其含有式(I)化合物和选自咯菌腈、噁霉灵、硫酸铜钙中的至少一种杀菌剂作为有效成分。
特别强调包含式(I)化合物和咯菌腈的组合物,且所述式(I)化合物和咯菌腈的重量配比为:10:1-1:200,更优选5:1-1:100,更优选1:1-1:50。
特别强调包含式(I)化合物和噁霉灵的组合物,且所述式(I)化合物和噁霉灵的重量配比为:50:1-1:1000,优选10:1-1:500,更优选1:1-1:250。
特别强调包含式(I)化合物和硫酸铜钙的组合物,且所述式(I)化合物和硫酸铜钙的重量配比为:1:1-5000,更优选1:10-1:2500,更优选1:50-1:2000,更优选1:50-1:1000。
术语“组合物”代表式(I)的化合物和咯菌腈、噁霉灵、硫酸铜钙的各种组合,例如以单一预混物(ready-mix)的形式、以由各个活性成分的单独制剂组成的结合喷雾混合物(例如桶混物(tank-mix))的形式,以及在适当短的时间段,例如几小时或几天内相继地施用。
本发明的组合物对于防除生活在土壤和/或种子中的害虫的效果和防除土壤和/或种子传染性病害具有增效的作用。该作用具有从各单独活性成分具有的各种病虫害防除特性中无法预测到的效果。与单独使用各活性成分相比,本发明的有用性,在明显增强病虫害的防除效果、特别是土壤中的病虫害防除效力的同时,还具有速效性效果的特点。
本发明的组合物对防除生活在土壤和/或种子中的植物寄生性线虫类有特别优异的防效。
因此,本发明还涉及一种将本发明的组合物用于防除生活在土壤和/或种子中的害虫的用途,尤其是防除以下植物寄生线虫的用途。例如:
根结线虫属种类(Meloidogyne species),如根结线虫(root knotnematodes)、北方根结线虫(Meloidogynehapla)、南方根结线虫(Meloidogyneincognita)、爪哇根结线虫(Meloidogynejavanica)、花生根结线虫(Meloidogynearenaria);

本发明的组合物除了活性成分之外还含有辅助剂。活性成分占组合物的重量比例可以是0.05~75重量%。
作为辅助剂可以列举出载体、乳化剂、悬浮剂、分散剂、展开剂、渗透剂、湿润剂、增粘剂、稳定剂等,根据需要可适当添加。

作为乳化剂、悬浮剂、分散剂、展开剂、渗透剂、湿润剂等,可使用各种表面活性剂。例如可以列举脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯高级脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯醇或酚的磷酸酯、多元醇的脂肪酸酯、萘磺酸聚合物、木质素磺酸盐、高分子梳形的支状共聚物、丁基萘磺酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、油脂、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物、烷基萘磺酸盐的聚丙烯酸盐、蛋白质水解物、合适的低聚糖物或聚合物,例如基于单独的乙烯单体、丙烯酸、聚氧乙烯和/或聚氧丙烯或者其与例如(多元)醇或(多元)胺的结合。
另外,根据需要可与其他的农药、例如杀虫剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、杀菌剂、抗病毒剂、引诱剂、除草剂、植物生长调节剂等混用、并用,在这种情况下有时可以显示出更优异的效果。
本发明组合物,可配制成为乳剂、粉剂、微粒剂、颗粒剂、片剂、可湿性粉剂、液剂、气雾剂、糊剂、胶悬剂、干胶悬剂、微胶囊剂等的各种形态。其中更优选乳剂、微粒剂、可湿性粉剂、液剂、粉剂、颗粒剂、片剂等的形态。最优选乳剂、微粒剂、可湿性粉剂、液剂等的形态。
本发明的组合物可以采用常规的方法处理植物种子或用于栽培所述植物的土壤。
本发明的组合物可通过下述施用方法使用:如施用至水稻育苗箱、拌种,种子消毒、栽培穴处理、作物根处理、栽培行处理、土壤掺混;对于发生于旱地种植的果树、谷类、蔬菜等上的各种线虫的防治可通过种子处理如拌种、浸种,种苗蘸根处理,或通过土壤灌注、表面播散、掺混处理等施加至播种时等的栽培条、育苗载体例如育苗用栽培箱、栽培穴、作物根部等,随后浇水使所述组合物被吸收至植物中。
本发明组合物一般以0.1~10000ppm、优选以1~1000ppm的活性成分浓度来施用。上述有效成分浓度可根据配制剂的形态及施用方法、目的、时期、场所及病害虫的发生状况等适当变更,每单位面积的施用量为每公顷使用约1~5000g活性成分,优选每公顷使用约10~1000g活性成分。但是,在特别的情况下也可能超出上述范围。作为本发明组合物的施用方法,可列举出土壤混合处理、点施处理、条施处理、或灌注处理,或对种子等的浸渍处理、包衣处理等。
具体实施方式
以下生物测试例用以说明本发明。但是,本发明并不限于这些实施例。
对黄瓜枯萎病和线虫复合病害的室内盆栽试验
将式(I)化合物、噁霉灵、咯菌腈用丙酮溶解悬浮配制单剂的母液,再用含0.1%的Tween-80的水溶液稀释至所需的浓度。
硫酸铜钙用白炭黑粉碎后用水稀释配制单剂的母液,再用含0.1%的Tween-80的水溶液稀释至所需的浓度。
将经过灭菌处理的蔬菜种植基质与被南方根结线虫二龄幼虫及黄瓜枯萎病菌污染的土壤混合。将黄瓜种子(品种为新泰密刺)播种在含有根结线虫及黄瓜枯萎病菌的病土中。待黄瓜幼苗生长至两片真叶时,在黄瓜茎基部周围2cm 内灭菌枪头均匀钻取5个1cm 的小孔,滴灌供试药剂。每个处理设置4次重复,每重复10盆,每盆1株苗。并设不含药剂(含有机溶剂和乳化剂)的处理作空白对照。将处理后的黄瓜苗移至人工气候室中(正常生长光照,相对湿度<50%)培养。
60d 后,将黄瓜幼苗整株挖出,冲洗根系上的泥土,调查黄瓜枯萎病发病情况和每株黄瓜根系形成的根结情况。
I、对根结线虫的防效:
根结情况调查按以下分级标准(以根结数为标准):
0级:根系无根结;
1级:根系有少量根结;
3级:三分之二根系布满根结;
5级:根系布满小根结并有次生根结;
7级:根系数量多,形成须根团。

II、对黄瓜枯萎病的防效
黄瓜枯萎病调查按以下分级标准:
0级:无症状;
1级:子叶黄化,植株不萎蔫;
3级:植株轻度萎蔫;
5级:植株明显萎蔫
7级:植株明显矮化;
9级:植株枯死。
根据下列公式计算病情指数和防效。

将经过精细研磨的活性成分与配制助剂进行充分的混合,以制备得到悬浮液。

通过均匀混合上述组分,并加入适量水捏合,造粒,干燥以制备颗粒剂。
Claims (8)
1.一种控制复合病害的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物含有式(I)化合物和咯菌腈,所述式(I)化合物和咯菌腈的重量配比为1:1-1:100,
。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物, 其特征在于,所述式(I)化合物和咯菌腈的重量配比为1:1-1:50。
3.权利要求1所述的组合物用于防除生活在土壤和/或种子中的害虫以及土壤和/或种子中的植物病害的用途。
4.权利要求1所述的组合物用于防除生活在土壤和/或种子中的植物寄生线虫的用途。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用途,其特征在于,所述植物寄生线虫选自南方根结线虫(Meloidogyneincognita)、花生根结线虫(Meloidogynearenaria)、马铃薯金线虫(Globoderarostochiensis)、禾谷孢囊线虫(Heteroderaavenae)、大豆胞囊线虫(Heteroderaglycines)、甜菜胞囊线虫(Heteroderaschachtii)、松材线虫(Bursaphelenchusxylophilus)、腐线虫(Lesion nematodes)。
6.根据权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于,所述植物病害选自座坚壳属、腐霉属、镰孢菌属、肿梗霉属病菌。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其特征在于,所述植物病害选自立枯丝核菌、腐霉菌、镰孢菌、疫霉菌。
8.一种防除生活在土壤和/或种子中的害虫以及土壤和/或种子中的植物病害的方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1所述的组合物用于处理植物种子或用于栽培所述植物的土壤。
