本发明一种杀线虫组合物涉及包含式I 化合物作为活性成分的组合物及其使用方法。
背景技术
线虫是生活在潮湿表面上或液体环境中的柔软、细长的生物体。许多线虫种已进化成了非常成功的动植物寄生虫,并因而造成农牧业巨大的经济损失。
植物寄生线虫可侵染植物的所有部分,包括根、发育中的花蕾、叶和茎干。植物线虫的寄生方式和习性大致可分为内寄生、半内寄生或半外寄生以及外寄生3种,每一种又可根据线虫寄生后移动与否分为定居型和移动型。内寄生线虫的全部体躯进入寄主植物体内,其定居型有根结线虫 (Meloidogyne spp.)和胞囊线虫 (Heterodera spp.);移动型有短体线虫(Pratylenchusspp.)和松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)等。半内寄生线虫只以头部或身体的前半部进入植物体内取食,而后半部则留在植物体外,其定居型有柑橘半穿刺线虫(Tylenchulus semipenetrans),移动型有拟环线虫(Criconemoides spp.)、针线虫 (Paratylenchus spp.)和鞘线虫 (Hemicycliophoraspp.)等。
线虫引起的根损害可引起作物产量和质量的显著降低,并且从而导致消费者的成本增加。因此,控制植物寄生线虫在实现高作物效率中是极其重要的。
式(I)化合物由WO2013/143811已知。其中记载了其用于防治动物害虫的用途。特别是其对线虫的控制显示良好的活性。
尽管有可用的杀线虫剂,但是由于线虫对杀线虫剂抗性的广泛发展,线虫继续在农学和非农学环境中引起问题。对更有效、成本更低、毒性更低、对环境更安全或具有不同的作用模式的杀线虫组合物存在持续需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种杀线虫组合物,杀线虫组合物含有式(I)化合物以及至少一种选自以下的其他化合物(B)。本发明的杀线虫组合物的活性显著高于各个活性成分的活性的总和。存在无法预期的、真正的协同效应,而不仅仅是效应的加和。
本发明一种杀线虫组合物是采取以下技术方案实现:

当活性成分组合的作用超过当各活性成分单独施用时的作用的总和时,存在协同增效作用。
两种活性成分的特定组合的预期作用可使用所谓的"Colby 公式" (参见S.R.Colby, "Calculating Synergistic and Antagonistic Responses ofHerbicideCombinations “,Weeds 1967,15, 20-22) 如下计算:

如果活性成分以特定的重量比存在于本发明的杀线虫组合物中,则协同效应特别显著。然而,杀线虫组合物中式(I)化合物和化合物(B)的重量比可在较宽的范围内变化。通常,本发明的杀线虫组合物以列于下表中的优选的、特别优选的和尤其优选的混合比包含式(I)的杀线虫化合物和混合成分(B)-1、(B)-2、(B)-3、(B)-4 、(B)-5、(B)-6、(B)-7 、(B)-8、(B)-9、(B)-10、(B)-11、 (B)-12、(B)-13、(B)-14。

此外,本发明的杀线虫组合物还可包含其他杀真菌、杀螨、杀线虫活性的添加组分。
术语“杀线虫组合物”代表式(I)的化合物和化合物(B)-1、(B)-2、(B)-3、(B)-4、(B)-5、(B)-6、(B)-7、 (B)-8、(B)-9、(B)-10、(B)-11、(B)-12、(B)-13、(B)-14的各种组合,例如以单一预混物(ready-mix)的形式、以由各个活性成分的单独制剂组成的结合喷雾混合物(例如桶混物(tank-mix))的形式,以及在适当短的时间段,例如几小时或几天内相继地施用时。
本发明的杀线虫组合物,具有良好的植物相容性和有利的恒温动物毒性,适于防治在农业、林业、保护储藏产品和材料以及卫生领域中遇到的有害生物,尤其是昆虫纲(Insecta)、蛛形纲(Arachnida)、线虫纲(Nematoda)。它们对于通常敏感和抗性的物种具有活性,并且对于所有或单个发育阶段均具有活性,并且还实现预防或控制有害生物令人惊喜的“增效”作用。特别地,本发明的杀线虫组合物特别适合于控制线虫纲的有害生物。
因此,本发明还涉及一种将本发明的杀线虫组合物用于预防或控制有害生物的用途,特别是预防或控制线虫的用途,尤其是预防或控制以下植物寄生线虫的用途。

本发明的杀线虫组合物具有非常有用的预防或控制特性,并且用于保护多种有用植物。本发明的杀线虫组合物可以被用于预防或控制在多种不同的有用植物的植物或植物部分(果实、花、叶子、茎、块茎、根)上发生的疾病,同时还保护了例如稍后生长的那些植物部分免于植物病原性真菌的侵害。并且本发明的杀线虫组合物具有良好的活性、植物耐受性,并且对环境是安全的。
因此,本发明还涉及一种将本发明的杀线虫组合物用于预防或控制植物病原性真菌的用途;尤其是预防或控制以下植物病原性真菌的用途。
植物病原性真菌的实例包括:
半知菌纲(例如,葡萄孢属、梨孢属、长蠕孢属、镰孢霉属、壳针孢属、尾孢属以及支链孢属);
担子菌纲(例如,丝核菌属、驼孢锈菌属、柄锈菌属);
子囊菌纲类(例如,黑星菌属以及白粉菌属、叉丝单囊壳属、念珠病菌、钩丝壳属);

本发明的杀线虫组合物特别适合预防或控制以下植物种子或块茎疾病,例如:
-小麦:镰刀菌(雪霉叶枯菌以及粉红镰孢菌)、黑腥穗病(小麦网腥黑穗病菌、小麦矮腥黑穗病菌或小麦印度腥黑穗病菌)、壳针孢属疾病(颖枯壳针孢)以及散黑粉菌;
-大麦:网斑病(麦类核腔菌、圆核腔菌以及禾旋孢腔菌)、散黑粉菌(散黑穗病)以及镰刀菌(雪霉叶枯菌以及粉红镰孢菌);
-马铃薯,马铃薯银屑病菌、茎点霉结节病(Phomatuberosa)、茄丝核菌、茄病镰刀菌)、霉病(致病疫霉菌);
-棉花,对于控制生长自种子的幼嫩植物的以下疾病:猝倒病以及疫腐病(茄丝核菌、尖孢镰刀菌)以及黑色根腐病(根串珠霉);

本发明还提供一种预防或控制控制农业中的线虫/真菌的方法,该方法包括将本发明的杀线虫组合物以农学有效且基本无植物毒性的施用量以喷雾、雾化、撒粉、刷涂、拌种、撒播或浇灌等方法施用至植物繁殖材料或植物生长的环境、生境或贮存区域中。
术语“植物繁殖材料”应理解为指所有有繁殖能力的植物部分,例如真正的种子,种子块,吸盘,谷粒,鳞球茎,果实,块茎,谷物,根茎,插条,切割枝条以及类似物。
本发明还涉及一种预防或控制线虫/真菌的方法,包括将预期长出植物的种子在播种前和/或催芽之后用协同增效有效量的本发明所述的组合物处理。
本发明还涉及本发明的杀线虫组合物用于处理种子以保护所述种子和由其长出的植物免于线虫/真菌侵袭的用途。
此外,本发明还涉及经本发明的杀线虫组合物处理从而获得保护免受线虫/真菌侵袭的种子。
本发明还涉及经式(I)化合物和化合物(B)在不同时间处理的种子。对于经式(I)化合物和化合物(B)在不同时间处理的种子,本发明的杀线虫组合物的各个活性化合物可在所述种子上的不同层中存在。其中,含有式(I)化合物和化合物(B)的层可任选通过一个中间层分开。本发明还涉及其中将式(I)化合物和化合物(B)作为涂层组分或作为涂层外的一层或多层附加层施用的种子。
本发明的杀线虫组合物可以施用至任意生理状态的种子。一般地,种子可以是收获自田间,移除自植物,分离自任何穗轴、茎、外皮和周围的果肉或其它非种子植物材料的种子。种子还可以优选是生物上稳定的,以达到处理不会对种子造成生物损害的程度。可以在种子收获和种子播种之间或在播种过程期间的任何时间处理施用至种子。种子还可以在处理之前或之后催芽。经过本发明的杀线虫组合物处理的种子可以被贮藏、管理、播种和耕作。
种子处理优选发生在未播种的种子上,术语“未播种的种子”意在包括处于种子收获与种子处于植物萌芽和生长目的播种在土地中之间任意时期的种子。优选地,处理在种子播种之前发生,从而所述播种种子已用所述杀线虫组合物预处理过。特别地,种子包衣或种子造粒在本发明的杀线虫组合物的处理中是优选的。处理后,各组合中的成分附着至种子上。
种子处理方法包括所有本领域技术人员已知的适合处理种子的方法,例如拌种、种子包衣、种子浸泡、种子包膜、种子多层包衣、种子包壳、种子浸润、种子撒粉和种子造粒。典型地,处理率将取决于要控制的植物以及线虫/真菌,通常在1克至200克每100kg种子之间,优选在5克至150克每100kg种子之间,如在10克至100克每100kg种子之间。
本发明还提供一种保护植物以防线虫/真菌侵袭的方法,包括将本发明的杀线虫组合物施用于植物生长的环境、生境或贮存区域。植物生长的环境、生境是指能够使农作物生根、生长的支撑体,例如:土壤,水等,具体的原材料可以使用例如砂子、浮石、蛭石、硅藻土、琼胶、凝胶状物、高分子物质、石棉、木屑、树皮等。优选土壤。
本发明所述的杀线虫组合物施用于植物生长的土壤或适于植物生长的土壤,可以将本发明所述的杀线虫组合物在种子发芽之前、发芽后或发芽前后施用至土壤和/或直接施用至与植物根部接触的土壤或适合植物生长的土壤。
用本发明的杀线虫组合物处理土壤的方法包括例如铺展处理、土壤处理、表面处理和熏蒸处理。铺展处理例如包括铺展、喷淋、喷雾、雾化、颗粒施用;土壤处理例如包括土壤灌溉和土壤混合;表面处理包括例如涂布、覆盖;熏蒸处理包括例如在注入土壤后,用聚乙烯膜覆盖土壤。本发明的杀线虫组合物可以不经稀释施用,也可以用水稀释施用。
通过施用本发明的杀线虫组合物至植物生长的环境、生境,活性成分可以经根系统(内吸作用)达到植物。例如,液体组合物可通过浸透施用至土壤中,固体组合物可以颗粒剂的形式施用到土壤中。每公顷施用量率一般是每公顷1g至2000g的活性成分,特别是10g/ha至1000g/ha,优选10g/ha至600g/ha,如50g/ha至300g/ha。
上述施用量仅是一般性的示例性剂量,实际施用时本领域技术人员会根据实际情况和需要,尤其是根据待处理的植物或作物的性质以及线虫/真菌发生情况来调整施用率。

本发明特别优选的植物选自大豆、小麦、大麦、黑麦、高粱、花生、向日葵、甘蔗、烟草、稻子、油菜、小青菜、甘蓝、甜菜、番茄、豇豆、胡萝卜、棉花和玉米以及种子。
通常,以包含一种载体的组合物(例如,配制剂)的形式使用本发明的杀线虫组合物。因此,本发明的杀线虫组合物包含式(I)化合物和化合物(B)以及一种填充剂以及任选地一种或多种常用的配制助剂。
根据本发明,术语“填充剂”指可与活性化合物相组合或联合以使其更易于施用给对象(例如植物、作物或草类)的天然或合成的有机或无机化合物。因此,所述填充剂优选为惰性的,至少应为农学可接受的。所述填充剂可以为固体或液体。

为使有效成分化合物乳化、分散、可溶化、以及/或者润湿可以使用的常用配制助剂,例如可以列举脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯高级脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯醇或酚的磷酸酯、多元醇的脂肪酸酯、萘磺酸聚合物、木质素磺酸盐、高分子梳形的支状共聚物、丁基萘磺酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、油脂、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物、烷基萘磺酸盐的聚丙烯酸盐、蛋白质水解物、合适的低聚糖物或聚合物,例如基于单独的乙烯单体、丙烯酸、聚氧乙烯和/或聚氧丙烯或者其与例如(多元)醇或(多元)胺的结合。
为使有效成分化合物分散、稳定化、附着,可使用例如黄原胶、硅酸镁铝、明胶、淀粉、纤维素甲醚、聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯和天然磷脂(如脑磷脂和卵磷脂)以及合成磷脂、皂土、木质素磺酸钠等辅助剂。
其中防冻剂可选用乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、山梨醇。作为悬浮性产品的抗絮凝剂可以使用例如萘磺酸聚合物、聚合磷酸盐等的辅助剂。作为消泡剂可使用有机硅消泡剂。为改良固体产品的流动性,可使用例如石蜡、硬脂酸盐、磷酸烷基酯等辅助剂。
可以使用的着色剂,例如无机颜料,如氧化铁、氧化钛和普鲁士蓝;以及有机颜料/染料,如茜素染料、偶氮染料和金属酞菁染料;以及微量元素,例如铁盐、锰盐、硼盐、铜盐、钴盐、钼盐和锌盐。
任选地,还可包含其它附加组分,例如保护胶体、粘合剂、增稠剂、触变剂、渗透剂、稳定剂、掩蔽剂。
本发明所述的杀线虫组合物可以其本身使用,或者可根据其各自的物理和/或化学性质以其制剂形式或由其制备的使用形式使用。在农业中使用的组合物的实例,例如气溶胶、冷雾化浓缩剂、热雾化浓缩剂、微胶囊粒剂、细粒剂、即用型溶液、可喷洒粉剂、可乳化浓缩剂、水包油型乳剂、油包水型乳剂、大颗粒剂、微颗粒剂、油可分散粉末、油可混溶可流动浓缩剂、油可混溶液体、泡沫剂、糊剂、悬浮浓缩剂、可溶浓缩剂、悬浮剂、种衣剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、可溶性粉剂、微囊悬浮剂、包衣颗粒剂、挤出颗粒剂、乳油、微乳剂、水乳剂、泡腾片、超低容量液剂、悬乳剂、超低容量冷雾化制剂、超低容量热雾化制剂、双包装(twin pack)、种子处理干粉剂、种子处理乳剂、种子处理悬浮剂、种子处理液剂、种子处理可分散粉剂、种子处理微囊悬浮剂、悬乳剂、乳粒剂、超低容量悬浮剂、超低容量液剂、可分散性浓缩剂。
通常情况下,本发明的杀线虫组合物包含0.1%-99%的式(I)化合物和化合物(B)、1%-99.9%的至少一种固体或液体载体以及 0%-25%的表面活性剂。%表示重量百分比。
对于商品而言,浓缩的杀线虫组合物通常是优选的,终端用户原则上使用具有显著较低浓度的活性成分的稀释组合物。
具体实施方式
以下生物测试例用以说明本发明。但是,本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例A
南方根结线虫试验
将式(I)化合物、化合物(B)的原药分别用丙酮溶解配制单剂的母液,再用含0.1%的Tween-80的水溶液稀释至所需的浓度。
将表面消毒后的番茄种子种植在育秧盆中,温度25-30oC条件下种植。选择长势相当的20天左右的番茄幼苗移栽至塑料杯中,每杯一株。杯中所用土壤为沙子,定期浇灌营养液保证番茄植株生长。
塑料杯中移栽的番茄幼苗,待其缓苗后,用打孔器在根系周围打孔(1孔/杯),将分离收集的南方根结线虫二龄幼虫的悬浮液(约500条/杯)注入孔中。接种南方根结线虫后第二天,每盆将供试药剂按照施用剂量灌根至处理区域。每个药剂重复4次,每个重复10株。设清水处理为无药剂对照。并将盆放置于25OC的温室内。试验60天后调查,统计每植株的根结数目。
调查按以下分级标准(以根结数为标准):
0级:根系无根结;
1级:根系有少量根结;
3级:三分之二根系布满根结;
5级:根系布满小根结并有次生根结;
7级:根系数量多,形成须根团。
病情指数和防治效果的计算方法为:

在该试验中,与单独施用的活性成分相比,式(I)化合物与依维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、噻虫嗪、氟烯线砜的组合显示出协同增强的功效。
Claims (5)
1.一种杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,所述杀线虫组合物含有式(I)化合物
式(I)化合物,
以及一种选自以下的其它化合物(B):
(B)-5 氟烯线砜(Fluensulfone); 且所述式(I)化合物和化合物(B)-5的重量配比为1:375-1:500。
2.权利要求1所述的杀线虫组合物用于防治线虫的用途。
3.权利要求1所述的杀线虫组合物用于防治植物寄生线虫的用途。
4.一种预防或控制农业中的线虫的方法,其特征在于,包括将权利要求1所述的杀线虫组合物以农学有效且基本无植物毒性的施用量以喷雾、拌种、撒播或浇灌方法施用至植物繁殖材料或植物生长的环境。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的杀线虫组合物,其特征在于,包含式(I)化合物、(B)-5 氟烯线砜(Fluensulfone)、填充剂和/或配制助剂。
