Abstract
本发明公开了一种杀线虫组合物及其用途,组合物中含有活性成分A与活性成分B,活性成分A与活性成分B重量比为1:50‑50:1,所述的A为式I化合物;所述的活性成分B为甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、杀线噻唑中的任一种。本发明所述的杀线虫组合物用于防治植物寄生线虫,具有良好的杀线虫活性,且对人畜毒性小。

技术领域
本发明属于农药杀线虫组合物技术领域,具体涉及一种杀线虫组合物及其用途。
背景技术
随着我国各地复种指数的不断上升,线虫病已成为各类作物的主要病害之一。植物寄生线虫种类多达200个属,涉及到5000多个种,其中危害农林业生产的主要植物寄生线虫包括根结线虫(Meloidogyne)、胞囊线虫(Heterodera)、滑刃线虫(Aphelenchina)、茎线虫(Ditylenchus)、根瘤线虫(Nacobbus)及根腐线虫(Pratylenchus)、松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)等。
甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐简称甲维盐(Emamectin benzoate),是从发酵产品阿维菌素B1开始合成的一种新型高效半合成抗生素杀虫剂,可有效防治蔬菜、果树等上的鳞翅目、同翅目、鞘翅目以及各种线虫等有害生物对作物的为害。甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐其作用机理是为增强神经递质如谷氨酸盐和氨基丁酸(GABA)的作用,从而使γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)进入神经细胞,表现为对GABA的激动作用,使神经末梢大量释放GABA,并能促进GABA与次级神经元细胞膜或效应器细胞膜产生长时间、高强度的结合,引起大量的氯离子进入神经细胞,扰乱神经传导,细胞功能丧失,幼虫在接触药剂后很快停止取食,发生不可逆的麻痹,同时由于它和土壤结合紧密、不淋溶,在环境中不积累,可以通过Translaminar运动转移渗透到目标作物的表皮,延长药效期。
杀线噻唑(benclothiaz)属于苯并噻唑类杀线虫剂;CAS登录号:89583-90-4,其英文化学名称为7-chloro-1,2-benzisothiazole。式I化合物是先正达公司开发的新型杀线虫剂,可使线虫幼虫麻痹并抑制虫卵,直接施用或种子处理可有效控制黄瓜、番茄、玉米与甜菜等作物上的根结、甜菜胞囊与玉米短体等线虫。化学分子式C17H13Cl2F3N2O,相对分子质量389.20,其化学结构式如下:
线虫防治方法有农业防治、物理防治、化学防治、生物防治等。由于化学农药见效快,线虫病在实际生产中仍以化学防治为主,但是长期使用单一或高毒的化学杀线剂,农作物种植已经开始出现病害抗药性增强、用药量逐年增加、土壤微生物失衡、农药残留增多等问题。
通过化合物对靶标生物活性测定及不同品种组合,是开发农药、提高防治效果、延缓线虫抗性的有效方法之一。本发明人对式I化合物、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、杀线噻唑及其组合进行了深入研究,发现式I化合物、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、杀线噻唑对根结线虫具有较好活性,同时式I化合物与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、杀线噻唑任一种进行混配,在一定的混配比例范围对线虫有明显的增效作用,可有效提高防治线虫效果,经进一步研究,完成了本发明。式I化合物与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、杀线噻唑任一种混配用于防治植物寄生线虫目前尚无报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种对线虫具有较高活性的农药组合物,提高实际防效,有效延缓线虫抗药性发生。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:一种杀线虫组合物,所述的组合物含活性成分A与活性成分B,活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:50~50:1;
所述的活性成分A为式I化合物
所述的活性成分B为甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、杀线噻唑中的任一种;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的重量比为1:32~45:1;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的重量比为1:50、1:32、1:30、1:16、1:10、1:7、1:6、5:2、5:3、1:1、6:1、8:1、10:1、15:1、25:1、45:1;

一种杀线虫组合物在杀灭植物寄生性线虫中的应用,所述的线虫为根结线虫(Meloidogyne)、胞囊线虫(Heterodera)、滑刃线虫(Aphelenchina)、茎线虫(Ditylenchus)、根瘤线虫(Nacobbus)及根腐线虫(Pratylenchus)、松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)中的任一种或多种;
进一步地,所述的线虫为胞囊线虫、根结线虫;
更进一步地,所述的胞囊线虫为禾谷胞囊线虫;所述的根结线虫为南方根结线虫[Meloidogyne incongnita (Kofold&White) Chitwood];
根结线虫(Meloidogyne spp.)属于土壤定居性内寄生线虫,属于线虫门侧尾腺纲(Secernentea)垫刃目(Tylenchida)异皮总科(Heteroderidea)根结线虫科(Meloidogyne)根结线虫属(Meloidogyne Goeldi),已经成为危害农作物的重要病原生物之一。目前我国设施蔬菜生产上最严重的病原线虫是南方根结线虫[Meloidogyne incongnita (Kofold&White) Chitwood],其繁殖速度快、抗性强、易传播,也是当前防治的主要对象。根结线虫病是设施蔬菜的主要土传病害之一,被根结线虫寄生的蔬菜根部会产生大量根结,根部正常生理功能被破坏,严重时可导致根部腐烂,同时地上部分表现为植株矮小,发育不良和产量减少;根结线虫侵入时的创口有利于土壤其他病原物的侵入构成复合病害,2龄侵入植株根系后会产生伤口,此时土壤中的有害病原菌也会趁机从伤口侵入到植物体内,造成青枯病、枯萎病、立枯病、根腐病等其他土传病害的发生与危害,对设施蔬菜造成二次伤害。
禾谷孢囊线虫(Cereal cyst nematode,CCN,Heterodera avenae Wollenweber1924)是一类重要的侵染性病原线虫,属垫刃目(Tylenchida)垫刃亚目(Tylenchina)异皮科(Heteroderidae)异皮属(Heterodera),主要侵染禾谷类作物的根部,并迅速繁殖,使作物根系变成球状瘤,从而阻碍和抑制作物的生长,影响作物产量。
进一步地,所述的植物包括:黄瓜、番茄、花生、烟草、甘薯、姜、水稻、丝瓜、苦瓜、西瓜、大豆、香蕉、胡椒、甘蔗、草莓、马铃薯、柑橘、猕猴桃、小麦、红麻、芹菜。其中,由于设施内湿度大、土壤结构单一、连作栽培模式导致设施蔬菜根结线虫发病严重,所述的设施蔬菜包括:黄瓜、番茄、丝瓜、苦瓜、芹菜等。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
1)所述的组合物具有良好的杀线虫活性;
2)毒性较低,农作物中的残留少,对人、畜的危害性小,很好的解决了现有的杀线虫剂毒性较大,在作物中残留较多的问题,提高了农业生产的安全性;
3)所述的组合物是不同作用机制的化合物混合,可以延缓线虫的抗药性产生,减轻环境压力,延长化合物的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明的实质,下面结合实施例对本发明的内容作进一步详述,实施例中所提及的内容并非对本发明的限定,制备方法中温度、时间等工艺条件的选择可因地制宜而对结果并无实质性影响。
室内活性
实施例1
线虫采集方法(制备线虫悬浮液)
根结线虫:田间取番茄根瘤若干,在双目镜下挑取白色卵块,置于孵化筛中,25℃孵化,制成线虫悬浮液备用(每1mL悬浮液中含不少于100头二龄幼虫线虫)。
胞囊线虫:小麦田取土至实验室,将土样捻细,混匀,然后用水龙头冲洗土壤,同时搅动、过筛(100目)、离心,将100目筛网中胞囊置于孵化筛中,在无菌水中浸泡4℃低温处理8周,转至16℃孵化,从第二代孵化线虫开始使用,制成线虫悬浮液备用(每1mL悬浮液中含不少于100头二龄幼虫线虫)。
试验处理及方式:将式I化合物、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、杀线噻唑原药用丙酮溶解,配置成高浓度的母液,分别用含适量表面活性剂的0.1%吐温80水溶液按等比数稀释成系列浓度,进行式I化合物与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、杀线噻唑及其不同配比混剂的预备试验,在此基础上,确定各混配的试验浓度范围。各药剂按照有效成分含量分别设5个浓度处理,以不含药剂相同含量的溶剂水溶液作对照。
测定方法:采用浸虫法,用移液管从低浓度到高浓度,依次吸取药液3mL分别加入试管中,然后吸取制备好的等量线虫悬浮液3mL加入试管内,使药液与线虫悬浮液等量混合均匀,用移液器移取3mL的上述混合液于多孔生化测试板的小孔内,加盖,每处理4次重复,并设不含药剂的处理作为对照。
调查方法:置于温度16℃恒温光照培养箱,24h后检查根结线虫二龄幼虫的死亡情况(线虫以用竹丝针触碰仍不能弯曲运动为死亡),从各处理中取1mL混合液在解剖镜下观测线虫死亡情况,记录调查的总线虫数和死亡线虫数,计算校正死亡率。
统计分析:根据各药剂浓度对数值及对应的死亡率,用IBM SPSS Statistics 20统计软件作回归分析,求出各药剂的回归方程b值(y=a+bx),计算LC50及95%置信限和R2。
采用IBM SPSS Statistics 20数据处理软件计算实验结果,分别求出试验药剂2种单剂和5种配比组合的毒力回归方程b值、LC50及95%置信限和R2。
根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC),评价联合作用类型。CTC≥120表现为增效作用,CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用,CTC介于80和120之间表现为相加作用。

式I化合物与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐两种药剂作用机理存在差异,复配使用有利于克服或延缓线虫的抗药性发生,减少用药量,降低成本,提高防效。试验结果表明(见表1),式I化合物与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混配制剂配比在1:32-45:1范围内均对南方根结线虫有较好的控制效果,联合作用表现为增效。
式I化合物与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混配配比为1:7-10:1时,CTC>145,增效作用显著;式I化合物与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混配配比为1:1时,CTC值最大为170.937,该比例下活性最好。

试验结果表明(见表2),式I化合物与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混配制剂配比在1:10-15:1范围内均对禾谷胞囊线虫有较好的控制效果,联合作用表现为增效,其中,式I化合物与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混配配比为5:3时,CTC值最大为171.023,该比例下活性最好。

试验结果表明(见表3),式I化合物与杀线噻唑混配制剂配比在1:50-25:1范围内均对禾谷胞囊线虫有较好的控制效果,联合作用表现为增效,其中,式I化合物与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混配配比为1:10时,CTC值最大为171.589,该比例下活性最好。
制剂实施例:
颗粒剂加工工艺:采用包衣造粒法,将原药、分散剂、助剂混合均匀制成母粉,将母粉与载体一并加入到包衣造粒机中搅拌,边搅拌边加入配好的粘结剂水溶液,充分混合均匀后出料,经干燥过筛即可得到本发明所述颗粒剂。
实施例2
4.0%式I化合物·甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐颗粒剂(1:1)
配方:2.0%式I化合物,2.0%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,2.5%聚醋酸乙烯酯,3.0%木质素磺酸钠,2.5%白炭黑,凹凸棒土颗粒载体补足。
实施例3
14.0%式I化合物·杀线噻唑颗粒剂(1:6)
配方:2.0%式I化合物,12.0%杀线噻唑,0.8%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,3.5%木质素磺酸钠,8.0%白炭黑,膨润土颗粒载体补足。
乳油加工工艺:将原药按照一定比例溶解在溶剂中,再加入一定量的乳化剂和其他助剂,经搅拌混合配制成的均相透明油状液体,即为本发明所述乳油。
实施例4
16.0%式I化合物·甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳油(5:3)
配方:10.0%式I化合物,6.0%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,12.0%三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚,3.0%十二烷基苯磺酸钙,20.0%环己酮,20%DMF,二甲苯补足余量。
实施例5
11.0%式I化合物·杀线噻唑乳油(1:10)
配方:1.0%式I化合物,10.0%杀线噻唑,12.0%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,3.0%十二烷基苯磺酸钙,15.0%环己酮,20.0%N-甲基吡咯烷酮,200#溶剂油补足余量。
可溶液剂加工工艺:将原药按照一定比例溶解在溶剂中,再加入一定量的乳化剂和其他助剂,经搅拌混合配制成的均相透明油状液体,即为本发明所述可溶液剂。
实施例6
8.0%式I化合物·甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐可溶液剂(5:3)
配方:5.0%式I化合物,3.0%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,4.0%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,12.0%三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚,10.0%二甲基亚砜,20.0%环己酮,DMF补足余量。

田间药效试验
实施例8:不同混配对根结线虫田间防效试验
试验对象、作物及品种:番茄根结线虫(Meloidogyne spp),经分离鉴定主要是南方根结线虫[Meloidogyne incongnita (Kofold&White) Chitwood],
试验材料:番茄品种为天正1567,生长情况良好。
试验设在河南新乡市杨屯村番茄蔬菜种植棚内进行。
小区面积和重复:每小区20m2,重复4次。
表4 供试药剂试验设计
试验于2019年4月18日进行,采用灌根/撒施的的方法进行施药。
调查方法:采用五点取样法,每点调查4株,计算发病率、病情指数和防治效果。
病株分级方法:
0级:根系无虫瘿;
1级:根系有少量小虫瘿;
3级:三分之二根系布满小虫瘿;
5级:根系布满小虫瘿并有次生虫瘿;
7级:根系形成须根团。
病情指数=[∑(各级病株数×相对级数值)/(调查总株数×7)]×100;
防治效果(%)=[(CK-PT)/CK]×100;
式中CK为空白对照区的病情指数;PT为药剂处理区的病情指数。

由表5可知,各实施例防治番茄根结线虫均具有良好的效果,施药后30天,各实施例对线虫防效均在90%以上。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

所述的式I化合物与杀线噻唑的质量比为1:30~15:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的式I化合物与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的质量比为1:7~10:1;
所述的式I化合物与杀线噻唑的质量比为1:10~8:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的重量总和占所述组合物的0.1%-90%,优选为1%-50%,更优选为1%-20%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物包含活性成分外,还包括农业上允许的农药辅助成分。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的农药辅助成分选自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、增效剂和载体中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的组合物可制备成农业上允许的剂型,所述的剂型包括颗粒剂、乳油、可溶液剂。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的组合物在杀灭植物寄生性线虫中的应用。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的线虫为根结线虫(Meloidogyne)、胞囊线虫(Heterodera)、滑刃线虫(Aphelenchina)、茎线虫(Ditylenchus)、根瘤线虫(Nacobbus)及根腐线虫(Pratylenchus)、松材线虫(Bursa phelenchus xylophilus)中的任一种或多种;
优选的,所述的线虫为胞囊线虫、根结线虫;
更优选的,所述的胞囊线虫为禾谷胞囊线虫(Cereal cyst nematode,CCN,Heterodera avenae Wollenweber 1924);所述的根结线虫为南方根结线虫[Meloidogyne incongnita (Kofold&White) Chitwood]。
