Abstract

Métodos para detectar o capturar autoanticuerpos con especificidad por los antígenos amiloides b de baja avidez en una muestra biológica. El antígeno objetivo usado para ensayar los autoanticuerpos de baja avidez de interés se inmoviliza en una fase sólida. La muestra biológica se pone en contacto bajo condiciones de baja conductividad con el antígeno objetivo con el cual los autoanticuerpos tienen afinidad de unión específica. Luego se detecta la unión del antígeno blanco a los autoanticuerpos en la muestra biológica para determinar la presencia o la concentración de los autoanticuerpos de interés.
