Abstract

Se proporciona un procedimiento para la preparación de un compuesto de la fórmula general (1) en la que, R¹ representa hidrógeno, ciano, nitro, halógeno, o acilo; R² representa alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, alquilo sustituido por halógeno, alquenilo sustituido por halógeno, o alquinilo sustituido por halógeno; R³ representa hidrógeno o NR⁶R⁷ en el que R⁶ y R⁷ cada uno en forma independiente representan hidrógeno, alquilo, alquenilalquilo, alquinilalquilo, formilo, en forma opcional alcanoilo sustituido por halógeno, en forma opcional alcoxicarbonilo sustituido por halógeno, o alcoximetilenamino, halógeno, o R⁶ y R⁷ junto con el átomo de N unido forman un heterociclo; y R⁴ representa hidrógeno, alquilo, arilo, o heteroarilo; el procedimiento comprende el paso de oxidar un compuesto de la fórmula general (2) con un oxidante en ausencia de ácido trifluoroperacético. El peróxido de hidrógeno es un oxidante preferido en particular y se puede utilizar como el único oxidante en el procedimiento.
