Abstract
Dispositivo y método para fundir y laminar metal, donde se prevén al menos una primera y una segunda línea de fundicion para fundir desbastes y un tren de laminacion para laminar los desbastes fundidos y la primera línea de fundicion esta configurada como un equipo de fundicion horizontal de desbastes delgados 1, que comprende al menos una cuba de alimentacion 5 para un material fundido y una cinta transportadora 6 que, en direccion de fundicion, pasa horizontalmente detrás de la al menos una cuba de alimentacion 5 y el segundo equipo de fundicion también esta configurado como equipo de fundicion horizontal de desbastes delgados 1 y/o como equipo de fundicion vertical de desbastes delgados 2, que comprende al menos una coquilla 4 para la fundicion vertical de desbastes y una instalacion de doblado y enderezado 7 para doblar y enderezar los desbastes fundidos verticales a una posicion horizontal, donde las al menos dos líneas de fundicion son seguidas por un tren de laminacion 11 para laminar los desbastes fundidos y las al menos dos líneas de fundicion están configuradas de manera tal que los desbastes fundidos en una de las al menos dos líneas de fundicion puedan ser conducidos al tren de laminacion 11. Reivindicacion 10: Método para fundir y laminar metal con al menos dos líneas de fundicionpara fundir desbastes, particularmente con un dispositivo de acuerdo con una de la reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque en al menos otra línea de fundicion también se funden desbastes delgados horizontales y/o se funden desbastes verticales y se doblan en una direccion horizontal, donde los desbastes fundidos se conducen a continuacion exactamente a un tren de laminacion.
