Abstract
La invencion es relativa a un método de produccion de electrodos metálicos para aplicaciones electrolíticas por medio de una deposicion en continuo de una capa de metales nobles sobre substratos metálicos mediante una técnica de deposicion física de vapor. Reivindicacion 2: El método segun la reivindicacion 1 que comprende las etapas de: - carga de dicho substrato metálico en piezas preformadas en una cámara de acondicionamiento de un aparato de deposicion física de vapor; - despresurizacion de dicha cámara de acondicionamiento a un primer nivel de presion; - ejecucion secuencial automática sobre dichas piezas preformadas de un ciclo de carga al interior de una cámara de deposicion, deposicion física de vapor de dicha capa compacta de metales nobles a un segundo nivel de presion inferior a dicho primer nivel de presion, descarga secuencial a una cámara de retiro. Reivindicacion 3: El método segun la reivindicacion 2 en donde dicho primer nivel de presion está comprendido entre 10-3 y 1 Pa y dicho segundo nivel de presion está comprendido entre 10-6 y 10-3 Pa.
