Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Compuestos de formula (1) donde R1, R2, R3 y R4, independientemente uno del otro, son hidrogeno, alquiloC1-4, haloalquiloC1-4, alcoxiC1-4alquiloC1-4, alquilC1-4tioalquiloC1-4, alquilC1-4sulfinilalquiloC1-4, alquilC1-4sulfonilalquiloC1-4, ciclopropilo o ciclopropilo sustituido con alquilo C1- o C2, haloalquilo C1- o C2 o halogena; ciclobutilo o ciclobutilo sustituido con alquilo C1- o C2 oxetanilo u oxetanilo sustituido con alquilo C1- o C2 cicloalquiloC5-7 o cicloalquiloC5-7 sustituido con alquilo C1- o C2 o haloalquiloC1- o C2, donde un grupo metileno de la porcion cicloalquilo está opcionalmente reemplazado por un átomo de oxígeno o de azufre o un grupo sulfinilo o sulfonilo; cicloalqueniloC4-7 o cicloalqueniloC4-7 sustituido con alquilo C1- o C2 o haloalquilo C1- o C2, donde un grupo metileno de la porcion cicloalquenilo está opcionalmente reemplazado por un átomo de oxígeno o de azufre o un grupo sulfinilo o sulfonilo; ciclopropilalquiloC1-5 o ciclopropilalquiloC1-5 sustituido con alquiloC1- o C2, haloalquiloC1- o C2 o halogeno; ciclobutilalquiloC1-5 o ciclobutilalquiloC1-5 sustituido con alquilo C1-2 oxetanilalquiloC1-5 u oxetanilalquiloC1-5 sustituido con alquiloC1- o C2; cicloalquilC5-7alquiloC1-5 o cicloalquilC5-7alquiloC1-5 sustituido con alquiloC1- o C2 o haloalquiloC1- o C2, donde un grupo metileno de la porcion cicloalquilo está opcionalmente reemplazado por un átomo de oxigeno o de azufre o un grupo sulfinílo o sulfonilo; cícloalquenilC4-7alquiloC1-5 o cicloalquenilC4-7alquiloC1-5 el cual está sustituido con alquiloC1- o C2 o haloalquiloC1- o C2, donde un grupo metileno de la porcion cicloalquenilo está opcionalmente reemplazado por un átomo de oxígeno o de azufre o un grupo sulfinilo o sulfonilo; fenilo o fenilo sustituido con alquiloC1-4, alcoxiC1-4, haloalquiloC1-4, halogeno, nitro, ciano, alquiltioC1-4, alquilsulfiniloC1-4, alquilsulfoniloC1-4 o alquilC1-4carbonilo; bencilo o bencilo sustituido con alquiloC1-4, alcoxiC1-4, haloalquiloC1-4, halogeno, nitro, ciano, alquiltio C1-4, alquilC1-4sulfinilo, alquilC1-4sulfonilo o alquilC1-4carbonilo; heteroarilo o heteroarilo sustituido con alquiloC1-4, alcoxiC1-4, haloalquiloC1-4, halogeno, nitro, ciano, alquilC1-4tio, alquilC1-4sulfinilo, alquilC1-4sulfonilo o alquilC1-4carbonilo; o R1 y R2, o R3 y R4, se unen para formar un anillo saturado de 3-7 miembros en el cual un grupo metileno está opcionalmente reemplazado por un átomo de oxígeno o de azufre, y el cual puede estar opcionalmente sustituido con alquilo C1- o C2, halogeno o alcoxi C1-2, o un anillo insaturado de 5-7 miembros en el cual un grupo metileno está opcionalmente reemplazado por un átomo de oxígeno o de azufre, y el cual puede estar opcionalmente sustituido con alquilo C1- o C2, halogeno o alcoxi C1-2; o R1 y R3 se unen para formar un anillo saturado o insaturado de 5-7 miembros o un anillo saturado o insaturado de 5-7 miembros opcionalmente sustituido con alquilo C1- o C2, alcoxi C1- o C2, hidroxi o halogeno; Y es O, C=O, S(O)m o S(O)nNR5 siempre y cuando Y sea C=O, R3 y R4 son diferentes de hidrogeno cuando cualquiera de R1 o R2 sea hidrogeno, y R1 y R2 son diferentes de hidrogeno cuando ya sea o sea hidrogeno; m es 0 o 1 o 2 y n es 0 o 1; R5 es hidrogeno, alquiloC1-6, cicloalquiloC3-6, alcoxiC1-6carbonilo, tri(alquilC1-6)sililetiloxicarbonilo, haloalcoxiC1-6carbonilo, ciano, haloalquiloC1-6, hidroxiC1-6alquilo, alqueniloC2-6, alquiniloC2-6, haloalqueniloC2-6, alquilC1-6carbonilo, haloalquilC1-6carbonilo, cicloalquilC1-6carbonilo, fenilcarbonilo o fenilcarbonilo sustituido con R6; bencilcarbonilo o bencilcarbonilo sustituido con R6; piridilcarbonilo o piridilcarbonilo sustituido con fenoxicarbonilo o fenoxicarbonilo sustituido con R6; benciloxicarbonilo o benciloxicarbonilo sustituido con R6; R6 es haloalquilo C1-6, alcoxiC1-6carbonilo, nitro, ciano, formilo, carboxilo o halogeno; Het es un heteroarilo monocíclico o bicíclico, opcionalmente sustituido; y G es hidrogeno, un metal alcalino, un metal alcalinotérreo, sulfonio, amonio o un grupo saliente.
