Abstract

Los compuestos de la formula 1 son compuestos activos farmacéuticos valiosos que inhiben los canales de potasio sensibles al ATP del musculo cardiaco, y son adecuados, por ejemplo, para tratar trastornos del sistema cardiovascular tales como arritmias o contractilidad reducida del corazon, como puede ocurrir, por ejemplo, en la cardiopatía coronaria, insuficiencia cardiaca o cardiomiopatías. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de la formula 1, en la que Ar1 y Ar2, que son independientes uno del otro y pueden ser idénticos o diferentes, son fenilo, naftilo o heteroarilo, todos opcionalmente sustituidos con 1 2, 3 o 4 sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes de la serie que consiste en halogeno, ciano, alquilo C1-5, alquenilo C2-5, cicloalquil C3-8-CvH2v, Ar3, alquil C1-5-O-, HO-alquil C1-5-O-, Oalquil C1-3O, cicloalquil C3-8S(O)f, alquil C1-5S(O)k y R11R12NS(O)2, en donde todos los grupos alquilo, grupos alquenilo y grupos cicloalquilo en Ar1 y Ar2 están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes fluor; Ar3 y Ar5, que son independientes uno del otro y pueden ser idénticos o diferentes, son fenilo o heteroarilo monociclico, los cuales están todos opcionalmente sustituidos con 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes de la serie que consiste en halogeno, ciano, alquilo C1-5, alquil C1-5-O-, Oalquil C1-3O, alquil C1-5S(O)m y R13R14NS(O)2, en donde todos los grupos alquilo en Ar3 y Ar5 están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes fluor; Ar4 es fenilo o heteroarilo, que están todos opcionalmente sustituidos con 1 2, 3 o 4 sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes de la serie que consiste en halogeno, ciano, alquilo C1-5, alquenilo C2-5, cicloalquil C3-8CwH2w, Ar5, alquilo C1-5-O-, HO-alquil C1-5-O-, Oalquil C1-3O, alquil C1-5S(O)n y R15R16NS(O)2, en donde todos los grupos alquilo, grupos alquenilo y grupos cicloalquilo en Ar4 están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes fluor; R1 es R3, R4O o R5R6N; R2 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-8, alquenilo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, fenil-alquenilo C2-8, Ar4, R17-O-alquilo C1-8, R18R19N-alquilo C1-8, Het-CuH2u o cicloalquil C3-8-CuH2u, en donde el grupo fenilo en fenil-alquenilo C2-8 está opcionalmente sustituido con 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes de la serie que consiste en halogeno, ciano, alquilo C1-5, alquil C1-5-O- y alquil C1-5S(O)g, y en donde todos los grupos alquilo, grupos alquenilo, grupos alquinilo y grupos cicloalquilo en R2 están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes fluor; R3, R4, R5 y R6, que son todos independientes unos de otros y que pueden ser idénticos o diferentes, son hidrogeno, alquilo C1-8 o cicloalquil C3-8-CpH2p, en donde todos los grupos alquilo y grupos cicloalquilo en R3, R4, R5 y R6 están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes fluor; R11, R12, R13, R14, R15, R16, R17, R18 y R19, que son todos independientes unos de otros y pueden ser idénticos o diferentes, son hidrogeno, alquilo C1-8 o cicloalquil C3-8-CqH2q, en donde todos los grupos alquilo y grupos cicloalquilo en R11, R12, R13, R14, R15, R16, R17, R18 y R19 están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes fluor; Het es un residuo de un anillo saturado de 4 a 7 miembros monociclico que contiene 1 o 2 heteroátomos de anillo idénticos o diferentes de la serie que consiste en nitrogeno, oxígeno y azufre, que está unido por un átomo de carbono de anillo que está opcionalmente sustituido con 1, 2, 3 o 4 sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes de la serie que consiste en fenilo y alquilo C1-5, en donde los grupos fenilo en Het están opcionalmente sustituidos con 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes de la serie que consiste en halogeno, ciano, alquilo C1-5, alquil C1-5-O- y alquil C1-5-S(O)h y en donde Het y todos los grupos alquilo en Het están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes fluor; heteroarilo es un residuo de un sistema de anillo aromático de 5 miembros o 6 miembros monociclico, o bicíclico de 8 miembros, 9 miembros o 10 miembros que contiene 1, 2 o 3 heteroátomos de anillo idénticos o diferentes de la serie que consiste en nitrogeno, oxígeno y azufre; f, g, h, k, m y n, que son todos independientes unos de otros y pueden ser idénticos o diferentes, son 0, 1 o 2; p, q, v y w, que son todos independientes unos de otros y pueden ser idénticos o diferentes, son 0, 1, 2, 3 o 4; u es 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 o 6; en donde todos los grupos cicloalquilo, independientemente de cualquier otro sustituyente, están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más sustituyentes alquilo C1-4 idénticos o diferentes; en cualquiera de sus formas estereoisoméricas o una mezcla de formas estereoisoméricas en cualquier proporcion, o una de sus sales fisiologicamente aceptable; siempre que Ar1 y Ar2 no sean ambos fenilo no sustituido si simultáneamente R1 es hidroxi y R2 es hidrogeno.
