Abstract

Articulo absorbente, del tipo que comprende una capa de transferencia de líquidos (5) ubicada entre una cubierta permeable a los líquidos del lado del cuerpo (6) y un nucleo absorbente (2). La cubierta (6) comprende una pluralidad de perforaciones (7). La cubierta y la capa de transferencia están ligadas una con otra en una pluralidad de sitios de ligadura (11) que cubren un área comprendida entre 0,5% y 11% del área de la cubierta (6)que está circunscripta por los sitios de ligadura y en la cual cada sitio de ligadura tiene un área no mayor que 13 mm2. La cubierta perforada (6) y la capa de (5) combinadas proveen una rápida entrada de líquidos y baja remojadura contra el usuario. La cubierta (6) tiene una estructura tridimensional de zonas elevadas y deprimidas alternadas, estando las perforaciones (7) presentes en el fondo de las depresiones(8) de dicha cubierta visto desde el lado que enfrenta al cuerpo de la cubierta.
