Abstract
El método de la presente se refiere a la coextrusion de una corriente de masa fundida inicial predeterminada a través de por lo menos un inserto de la matriz perfilado, estando conformada la entrada del inserto de la matriz para formar una corriente de masa fundida no lineal a partir de la corriente de masa fundida inicial entrante. La entrada del inserto de la matriz tiene una abertura no lineal en donde la estructura de la abertura del inserto de la matriz está ubicada entre un límite superior y un límite inferior. El inserto de la matriz está posicionado de tal modo de desviar el flujo de una o más de las regiones o corrientes de masa fundida de la corriente de masa fundida entrante. La corriente de masa fundida inicial en la entrada del inserto de la matriz es desviada generalmente en la direccion transversal al trayecto de flujo original de la corriente de masa fundida de material. La corriente de masa fundida no lineal formada en la entrada del inserto de la matriz converge luego dentro del inserto de la matriz en una corriente de flujo de masa fundida substancialmente más lineal o rectangular en la abertura de salida del inserto de la matriz. En la abertura de salida del inserto de la matriz se dividio por lo menos una capa o parte de la corriente de masa fundida inicial, en diferentes proporciones en diferentes zonas en la direccion del ancho o transversal de la película o el material extruído. La presente también se refiere a artículos extruídos usando los métodos descriptos.
