Abstract

Un sistema m estima la interferencia observada desde terminales en sectores vecinos y obtiene una estimacion de interferencia para el control de interferencia. El sector m puede generar un informe de interferencia de otro sector (OSI) a través del aire (OTA) y/o un informe OSI Inter.-sector (IS) en base a la estimacion de interferencia. El sector m puede enviar el informe OSI IS a los sectores vecinos, recibir informes OSI IS de los sectores vecinos y regular las transmisiones de datos para las terminales en el sector m en base a los informes OSI IS recibidos. El sector m puede controlar la admision de terminales al sector m, des-asignar terminales admitidos, programar terminales en el sector m de una manera de reducir interferencia en los sectores vecinos, y/o asignar los terminales en el sector m con canales de tráfico que ocasionan menor interferencia a los sectores vecinos.
