Abstract

Se proveen derivados de ciclohexano con accion de disminucion del nivel de glucosa en la sangre y propiedades adecuadas como fármacos tales como durabilidad del efecto del fármaco y estabilidad metabolica y seguridad, y proveer composiciones farmacéuticas que se usan para la prevencion y el tratamiento de diabetes tal como diabetes insulinodependiente (diabetes tipo I) y diabetes insulinoindependiente (diabetes tipo I) y diabetes insulinoindependiente (diabetes tipo II), complicaciones diabéticas y enfermedades tales como la obesidad causada por hiperglucemia. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto representado por la formula (1), en donde: A es -O-, -CH2-, o -NH-; n es un entero seleccionado de 0 y 1; R6 y R7 son cada uno independientemente un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo C1-6; m es un entero seleccionado de 1 a 3; Q está seleccionado de Q1-Q5 representado por las formulas (2), en donde: R1, R2, R3, R4, y R5 están seleccionados cada uno, de modo independiente entre sí, de un átomo de hidrogeno, un grupo hidroxi, un grupo alquilo C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Ra, un grupo alcoxi C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Ra, un grupo aralcoxi C7-14 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rb, y -OC(=O)Rx; Rx es un grupo alquilo C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Ra, un grupo arilo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rb, un grupo heteroarilo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rb, un grupo alcoxi C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Ra, o -NReRf; Ar1 es un grupo arileno grupo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rb, o un grupo heteroarileno que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rb; en donde el grupo heteroarileno puede formar un anillo fusionado con un carbociclo aromático o un heterociclo aromático; Ar2 es un grupo arilo que puede estar sustituido con: uno o más Rb, o un grupo heteroarilo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rb; Ra está seleccionado, cada uno de modo independiente entre sí, de un átomo de halogeno, un grupo hidroxi, un grupo ciano, un grupo nitro, un grupo carboxilo, un grupo alcoxi C1-6 se puede sustituir con uno o más Rc, un grupo arilo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd, un grupo ariloxi que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd, un grupo heteroarilo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd, un grupo heteroariloxi que puede ser sustituido con uno o más Rd, un grupo mercapto, un grupo alquiltio C1-6, un grupo alquilsulfinilo C1-6, un grupo alquilsulfonilo C1-6, -NRfRg, y un grupo alquilcarbonilo C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rc; Rb está seleccionado, cada uno de modo independiente entre sí, de un grupo alquilo C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rc, un grupo alquenilo C1-6 que puede ser sustituido con uno o más Rc, un grupo cicloalquilo C3-8 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más R, un grupo aralquilo C7-14 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd, un átomo de halogeno, un grupo hidroxi, un grupo ciano, un grupo nitro, un grupo carboxilo, un grupo alcoxi C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rc, un grupo arilo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd, un grupo ariloxi que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd, un grupo heteroarilo que puede estar sustituido con Rd, un grupo heteroariloxi que puede estar sustituido con Rd, un grupo mercapto, un grupo alquiltio C1-6, un grupo alquilsulfinilo C1-6, un grupo alquilsulfonilo C1-6, -NRfRg, un grupo alquilcarbonilo C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rc, un grupo alquilenodioxi C1-3, un grupo heterociclilo, -CO2Ri, y -CONRiRj; Rc está seleccionado, cada uno de modo independiente entre sí, de un átomo de halogeno, un grupo hidroxi, un grupo ciano, un grupo nitro, un grupo carboxilo, un grupo alcoxi C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más átomos de halogeno, un grupo arilo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd, un grupo ariloxi que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd, un grupo heteroarilo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd, un grupo heteroariloxi que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd, un grupo amino, un grupo alquilamino C1-6, y un grupo di(alquil C1-6)amino; Rd está seleccionado, cada uno de modo independiente entre sí, de un grupo alquilo C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más átomos de halogeno, un grupo alcoxi C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más átomos de halogeno, un grupo aralquilo C7-14 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más átomos de halogeno, un átomo de halogeno, un grupo hidroxi, un grupo ciano, un grupo nitro, un grupo amino, un grupo alquilamino C1-6, y un grupo di(alquil C1-6)amino; Re es un átomo de hidrogeno, un grupo alquilo C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rc, un grupo arilo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd, o un grupo heteroarilo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd; Rf es un átomo de hidrogeno, o un grupo alquilo C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rc; Rg es un átomo de hidrogeno, un grupo alquilo C1-6 puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rc, un grupo alquilcarbonilo C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rc, un grupo arilo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd, un grupo heteroarilo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rd, un grupo carbamoilo, un grupo alcoxi C1-6 que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rc, o un grupo alquilsulfonilo C1-6 grupo que puede estar sustituido con uno o más Rc;
