Abstract
El uso de proteínas de dedo de zinc y las fusiones de dichas proteínas para regular la expresion de los genes y las vías metabolicas en las plantas. Su uso en el campo de la tecnología de la agricultura de las plantas. Un anticuerpo que se une a la proteína de dedo de zinc así como fragmentos de ácido nucleico que codifican tales proteínas. Reivindicacion 1: Un método para modular la expresion de un gen meta en las células de las plantas, cuyo método comprende suministrar una proteína de dedo de zinc a las células de las plantas, siendo dicha proteína de dedo de zinc capaz de unirse específicamente, a una secuencia de nucléotidos meta o a una hebra complementaria de la misma, dentro de un gen meta y que permite a dicha proteína de dedo de zinc unirse a dicha secuencia de nucléotidos meta, por lo cual la expresion de dicho gen meta es modulada en dichas células de plantas. Reivindicacion 74: Un vector de expresion para modular la expresion en las células de las plantas, dicho vector de expresion comprende una secuencia de nucléotidos que codifica una proteína de dedo de zinc, dicha proteína de dedo de zinc es capaz de unirse o de unirse de manera específica a una secuencia de nucléotidos meta o a una hebra complementaria de la misma, dentro de un gen meta cuya expresion va a ser modulada por dicha proteína de dedo de zinc en las células de plantas. Reivindicacion 76: Una célula de planta modificada genéticamente, dicha célula comprende un sistema de expresion para una proteína de dedo de zinc, dicha proteína de dedo de zinc es capaz de unirse, y preferentemente, a las células de las plantas, de unirse de manera específica, a una secuencia de nucléotidos meta, o a una hebra complementaria de la misma, dentro de un gen meta, cuya expresion va a ser modulada por dicha proteína de dedo de zinc. Reivindicacion 98: Una planta que se regenera a partir de una planta transformada con el vector de expresion de la reivindicacion 74. Reivindicacion 103: Una proteína de dedo de zinc que se selecciona a partir del grupo que consiste en ZFPm1, ZFPm2, ZFPm3, ZFPm4 y ZFPAp3.
