Abstract

Se describen moléculas de ácido nucleico aisladas, designadas como moléculas de ácido nucleico de LMRP, que codifican nuevas LMRP a partir de, por ejemplo,el Physcomitrella patens. La presente provee asimismo moléculas de ácido nucleico antisentido, vectores de expresion recombinantes que contiene la molécula deácido nucleico de las LMRP y células huéspedes en las cuales se han introducido los vectores de expresion. La presente proporciona, asimismo, LMRP aisladas,LMRP mutuadas, proteínas de fus ion, péptidos antigénicos y métodos para mejorar la produccion de un compuesto deseado, a partir de las células transformadas,organismos o plantas basadas en la ingeniería genética de los genes de la LMRP en estos organismos.
