Abstract

Se describe un procedimiento para formar una proteína de fusion que se expresa como un ensamblaje recombinante similar a cuerpos proteicos en las células eucariotas hospedadores y organismos como sistemas hospedadores, excepto en plantas superiores. Más específicamente, los péptidos y proteínas se funden en secuencias de proteínas que median en la induccion de la formacion de ensamblajes similares a cuerpos proteicos recombinantes (ESCPR), y se expresan y acumulan con estabilidad en estas células hospedadoras después de la transformacion con un vector adecuado. También se desvelan procedimientos para preparar la proteína de fusion. Reivindicacion 1: Una célula hospedadora eucariota de plantas no superiores que contiene proteína de fusion recombinante dentro de ensamblajes similares a cuerpos proteicos recombinantes (ESCPR), conteniendo dicha proteína de fusion dos secuencias enlazadas entre sí en las que una secuencia es una secuencia inductora de cuerpos proteicos heterologa con respecto a la célula hospedadora y la otra es la secuencia de un producto de interés. Reivindicacion 19: Una molécula de ácido nucleico recombinante que comprende un vector que contiene una o más secuencias reguladoras enlazadas operativamente a un segmento de ácido nucleico exogeno que define un gen que codifica una proteína de fusion que comprende i) una secuencia inductora de cuerpos proteicos que está enlazada a ii) un producto de interés polipéptido.
