Abstract

Винахід стосується композиції і способу для надання пестицидної активності бактеріям, рослинам, рослинним клітинам, тканинам і насінню. Послідовності, кодуючі токсин, можуть використовуватись в конструкціях ДНК або касетах експресії для експресії в рослинах і бактеріях. Композиції включають також трансформовані бактерії, рослини, рослинні клітини, тканини і насіння. Зокрема, пропонуються полінуклеотидні послідовності і білки токсину, кодовані ними. Також пропонуються антитіла, які специфічно зв'язуються з цими амінокислотними послідовностями. Зокрема, даний винахід охоплює нуклеотидні послідовності, кодуючі злиті білки, а також їх біологічно активні фрагменти і варіанти, де такий злитий білок містить С-термінальну частину послідовності SEQ ID NO: 43. Злитий білок може містити також N-термінальну частину послідовності SEQ ID NO: 45. Даний винахід включає також нуклеотидну послідовність SEQ ID NO: 47 і 1-14 або нуклеотидну послідовність, кодуючу амінокислотну послідовність, наведену в SEQ ID NO: 48 і 15-31, включаючи її біологічно активні варіанти і фрагменти.
