Abstract
Предложены композиции и способы для придания пестицидной активности бактериям, растениям, растительным клеткам, тканям и семенам. Предложены композиции, включающие кодирующую последовательность для полипептида токсина. Кодирующие последовательности могут быть использованы в конструктах ДНК или кассетах экспрессии для трансформации и экспрессии в растениях и бактериях. Композиции также включают трансформированные бактерии, растения, растительные клетки, ткани и семена. В частности, предложены выделенные молекулы нуклеиновой кислоты токсина. Дополнительно охвачены аминокислотные последовательности, соответствующие этим полинуклеотидам, и антитела, специфически связывающиеся с этими аминокислотными последовательностями. В частности, данное изобретение обеспечивает выделенные молекулы нуклеиновой кислоты, включающие нуклеотидные последовательности, кодирующие аминокислотную последовательность, показанную в SEQ ID NO: 28-62, или нуклеотидную последовательность, приведенную в SEQ ID NO: 1-27, а также их варианты и фрагменты.
