Abstract

Se describen moléculas aisladas de cácido nucleico, llamadas moléculas de ácido nucleico TCMRP, que codifican TCMRPs (proteínas relacionadas con elmetabolismo de tocoferoles y carotenoideos) novedosas tomadas, por ejemplo de la physcomitrella patens. La invencion provee también moléculas de ácido nucleicoantisentido, vectores de expresion recombinantes que contienen moléculas de ácido nucleico TCMRP y células hospedantes en las cuales se han introducido losvectores de expresion. Además la invenc ion provee TCMRPs aisladas, TCMRPs, mutadas, proteínas de fusion, péptidos antígenos y métodos para el mejoramiento y laproduccion de un compuesto deseado a partir de células, organismos o plantas transformados basados en la ingeniería genética de ge nes TCMRP en esos organismos.
