Abstract
Se describen moléculas aisladas de cácido nucleico, llamadas moléculas de ácido nucleico TCMRP, que codifican TCMRPs (proteínas relacionadas con elmetabolismo de tocoferoles y carotenoideos) novedosas tomadas, por ejemplo de la physcomitrella patens. La invencion provee también moléculas de ácido nucleicoantisentido, vectores de expresion recombinantes que contienen moléculas de ácido nucleico TCMRP y células hospedantes en las cuales se han introducido losvectores de expresion. Además la invenc ion provee TCMRPs aisladas, TCMRPs, mutadas, proteínas de fusion, péptidos antígenos y métodos para el mejoramiento y laproduccion de un compuesto deseado a partir de células, organismos o plantas transformados basados en la ingeniería genética de ge nes TCMRP en esos organismos.Isolated nucleic acid molecules, called TCMRP nucleic acid molecules, which encode novel TCMRPs (proteins related to tocopherol and carotenoid metabolism) described, for example from physcomitrella patens, are described.
