Abstract

La presente brinda una tubería de acero inoxidable martensítico que tiene una zona afectada por el calor con alta resistencia a la fisuracion intergranular por corrosion bajo tension. En particular, la tubería de acero inoxidable martensítico contiene menos del 0,0100% de C, menos del 0,0100% de N, entre 10% y 14% de Cr y entre 3% y 8% de Ni, en base a la masa. Alternativamente, la tubería de acero inoxidable martensítico también puede contener Si, Mn, P, S y Al dentro de un rango de contenido apropiado. La tubería de acero inoxidable martensítico también contiene uno o más seleccionados entre el grupo que comprende 4% o menos de Cu, 4% o menos de Co, 4% o menos de Mo, y 4% o menos de W, y uno o más seleccionados entre el grupo que comprende 0,15% o menos de Ti, 0,10% o menos de Nb, 0,10%o menos de V, 0,10% o menos de Zr, 0,20% o menos de Hf y 0,20% o menos de Ta en base a la masa. El contenido Csol definido por la siguiente ecuacion es igual o menos del 0,0050% Csol = C- 1/3 x Cpre, donde Cpre = 12,0(Ti/47,9-1/2 (Nb/92,9 + Zr/91,2) + 1/3 (V/50,9 + Hf/178,5 + Ta/180,9)- N/14,0) o Cpre = 0 cuando Cpre < 0.
