Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un método de recombinación de ADN específica de secuencias en una célula eucariota, caracterizado porque comprende a) introducir un ADN que comprende una primera secuencia attB, attP, attL o attR, o un derivado de la misma, en una célula; b) introducir un ADN que comprende una segunda secuencia attB, attP, attL o attR, o un derivado de la misma, en una célula, donde si dicha primera secuencia de ADN comprende una secuencia attB, o un derivado de la misma, dicha segunda secuencia comprende una secuencia attB, attL o attR, o un derivado de la misma, o donde si dicha primera secuencia de ADN comprende una secuencia attP, o un derivado de la misma, dicha segunda secuencia comprende una secuencia attP, attL o attR, o un derivado de la misma, o donde si dicha primera secuencia de ADN comprende una secuencia attL, o un derivado de la misma, dicha segunda secuencia comprende una secuencia attB, attP o attL, o un derivado de la misma, o donde si dicha primera secuencia de ADN comprende una secuencia attR, o un derivado de la misma, dicha segunda secuencia comprende una secuencia attB, attP o attR, o un derivado de la misma; y c) llevar a cabo una recombinación específica de secuencia con la integrasa Int. Del bacteriófago lambda. Reivindicación 20: El método acorde con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque dicho polipéptido de interés es un anticuerpo, una hormona o un factor de crecimiento.
