Abstract
Secuencias de nucleotidos que son variantes de secuencias de la recombinacion att, implicadas en a recombinacion de ADN con especificidad de secuencia en células eucariotas, donde la recombinacion con especificidad de secuencia se realiza por una integrasa Int del bacteriofago lambda. Estas secuencias de recombinacion son, por ejemplo, attP.b, attP.a, attL.a, attR.a y attR.b. Estas secuencia att permiten una integracion estable del sistema de recombinacion y el direccionamiento de una secuencia de ADN deseada. Se refiere además a un método de recombinacion de ADN con especificidad de secuencia en células eucariotas, que comprende introducir un primer ADN que comprende una secuencia de nucleotidos que contiene al menos una secuencia de recombinacion en una célula, introducir un segundo ADN que comprende una secuencia de nucleotidos que contiene al menos una secuencia de recombinacion adicional en una célula, y realizar la recombinacion con especificidad de secuencia por una integrasa Int del bacteriofago lambda, donde al menos uno de dichos primer o segundo ADN es una secuencia de recombinacion att que es, por ejemplo, attP.b, attP.a, attL.a, attR.a y attR.b. Asimismo se proveen vectores y células que los contienen. Reivindicacion 1: Una molécula de ácido nucleico caracterizada porque es seleccionada entre el grupo consistente attP.b (SEC ID N°:3), attP.a (SEC ID N°:4), attL.a (SEC ID N°:7), attR.a (SEC ID N°:10) y attR.b (SEC ID N°:11) o un derivado u homologo de la misma.
