Abstract
La presente describe fitasas modificadas. Estas fitasas están modificadas en comparación con una fitasa modelo en diversas posiciones, en particular para incrementar la termoestabilidad de la fitasa modificada en comparación con la de la fitasa modelo. Las fitasas modificadas han retenido otras propiedades favorables de la fitasa de Aspergillus niger, en particular porque en la fitasa modificada se han retenido residuos de aminoácidos específicos de la fitasa de Aspergillus niger. Polinucleótidos que codifican para dichas fitasas, vector, célula huésped, procedimientos para la producción de los polipéptidos y composición que los comprende.
