Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse beskriver modifiserte fytaser. Disse fytasene er modifisert sammenlignet med en modell fytase i forskjellige posisjoner, spesielt for å øke termostabiliteten av den modifiserte fytasen sammenlignet med den for modellfytasen. De modifiserte fytasene har videre beholdt fordelaktige egenskaper fra Aspergillus niger fytase, spesielt fordi spesifikke aminosyrerester fra Aspergillus niger fytase er beholdt i den modifiserte fytasen.
