Abstract
Se proveen un aparato de cultivo de organismos en el que un medio de cultivo reunido y un tejido en cultivo no hacen contacto directamente, que comprende un medio de cultivo y un cuerpo microporoso que tiene la capacidad de absorber agua, cuya parte se sumerge en el medio de cultivo, o un cuerpo interviniente conectado con el cuerpo microporoso que puede proveer el medio de cultivo al cuerpo microporoso por contacto entre una parte del cuerpo interviniente y el medio de cultivo, donde el medio de cultivo se transfiere hacia arriba a través de poros comunicantes en el interior del cuerpo microporoso para suministrar el medio de cultivo a un tejido de un organismo o una célula de un organismo ubicado en la superficie del cuerpo microporoso, cultivando el tejido del organismo o la célula del organismo, así como un método de cultivo de un organismo usando el mismo.
