Abstract

Se revela un caudalímetro que está compuesto por una base, un excitador, transductores y un tubo de flujo hecho de una substancia de fluoropolímero. La base del caudalímetro está compuesta por una primera pata y una segunda pata. La primera pata incluye una abertura de tubo y una abertura de adhesivo y la segunda pata incluye una abertura de tubo y una abertura de adhesivo. El tubo de flujo pasa a través de las aberturas de tubo de la primera pata y la segunda pata. La abertura de tubo de la primera pata tiene un diámetro levemente mayor que el tubo de flujo para crear un espacio libre entre la abertura de tubo y el tubo de flujo. La abertura de adhesivo de la primera pata provee acceso al espacio libre de modo se puede aplicar adhesivo al tubo de flujo y a una superficie interior de la abertura de tubo para fijar el tubo de flujo a la base. La abertura de adhesivo en la segunda pata desempena la misma función.
