Abstract
Se describe un suplemento de proteínas que proviene de material modificado de semillas oleaginosas. Un método para producir un material modificado de semillas oleaginosas que comprende: extraer material de semillas oleaginosas con una solución acuosa para formar una suspensión de materia en partículas en un extracto de semillas oleaginosas; pasar el extracto a través de un sistema de filtración que incluye una membrana microporosa para producir un primer permeado y un retentado enriquecido en proteínas, donde dicha membrana microporosa tiene una superficie filtrante con un ángulo de contacto no mayor de 30 grados . Una composición de alimento que comprende un suplemento de proteínas.
