Abstract

Una composicion farmacéutica de administracion oral que comprende una droga de baja solubilidad en agua y un solvente líquido que comprende por lo menos un solvente aceptable para uso farmacéutico, por lo menos un ácido graso aceptable para uso farmacéutico y por lo menos una amina orgánica aceptable para uso farmacéutico, donde (a) una porcion sustancial, por ejemplo por lo menos un 15% en peso aproximadamente, de la droga se encuentra en una forma disuelta o solubilizada en el solvente líquido; y (b) el ácido graso y la amina orgánica están presentes en cantidades totales y relativas que permiten que la composicion sea finamente autoemulsionable en el fluido gástrico artificial.
