Abstract
Puede fundirse parcialmente una lámina de fibra de una tela no tejida, una malla de fibra o un material similar para usarse como una lámina de limpieza. Elmétodo termosellante del arte previo para fundir parcialmente una lámina de fibra relatiamente gruesa, como un laminado de tela no tejida y malla de fibra, selleva a cabo utilizando rodillos. El método termosellante que utiliza rodillos puede llevar a cabo el tratamiento a alta velocidad cuando es necesario fundiruna tela no tejida o similar d e menor espesor, pero tiene poca eficacia de fusion en el caso de una lámina relativamente gruesa, y resulta difícil realizar eltratamiento a alta velocidad. Un mlétodo termosellante que incluye: la alimentacion de una lámina de fibra dentro de un es pacio entre un par de rodillos, almenos uno de los cuales posee bordes sellantes de un disenor predeterminado en su circunferencia exterior; y el calentamiento y la presion de dicha lámina defibra, para formar partes fundidas segun el diseno de dicho s bordes sellantes, en dicha lámina de fibra, para formar partes fundidas segun el diseno de dichosbordes sellantes, en dicha lámina de fibra; donde se dispone de un aislador para cubrir la circunferencia exterior de dicho rodillo, en las zonas donde no haybordes sellantes, y que está fabricado con un material que posee una conductividad térmica menor que la de los bordes sellantes y que puede contraerseelásticamente por la presion de dichos rodillos; y donde la lámina de fibra que se alimentará dentro del espacio entre los rodillos mencionados es comprimidapor dicho aislador para descargar su aire interno y luego es calentada y presionada por los bordes sellantes mencionados para ser termosellada. Un aparatotermosellante que comprende un p ar de rodillos para el calentamiento y la presion de una lámina de fibra fundible para formar partes fundidas de un disenopredeterminado, donde al menos uno de dichos rodillos posee bordes sellantes en su circunferencia exterior para formar las parte s fundidas mencionadas deldiseno predeterminado y con un aislador que cubre la zona no cubierta por bordes sellantes mencionados; y donde dicho aislador es de un material que posee una
