Claims (6)
1. Способ термосварки, предусматривающий подачу легкоплавкого волокнистого листового материала в зазор между парой вращающихся цилиндров, по меньшей мере, один из которых на своей внешней поверхности имеет сварочные выступы заданного узора рисунка, нагрев и приложение давления к указанному волокнистому листовому материалу указанными сварочными выступами для образования в нем спеченных участков, соответствующих узору рисунка указанных сварочных выступов, при этом для образования покрытия на внешней поверхности указанного одного вращающегося цилиндра размещают изоляционный материал на участках, где отсутствуют указанные сварочные выступы, и этот материал имеет более низкую теплопроводность, чем указанные сварочные выступы, и выполнен с возможностью упругого сжатия под давлением указанных вращающихся цилиндров, причем волокнистый листовой материал, подаваемый в зазор между указанными вращающимися цилиндрами, сжимают указанным изоляционным материалом для вытеснения из него внутреннего воздуха, а затем нагревают и прикладывают к нему давление посредством указанных сварочных выступов для получения термосварного соединения.
2. Способ термосварки по п.1, отличающийся тем, что когда указанный изоляционный материал не подвергается воздействию давления указанными вращающимися цилиндрами, он имеет толщину, которая равна или больше высоты указанных сварочных выступов.
3. Способ термосварки по п.2, отличающийся тем, что когда указанный изоляционный материал подвергается воздействию давления указанными вращающимися цилиндрами, он имеет толщину, которая равна или меньше высоты указанных сварочных выступов.
4. Термосварочное устройство, содержащее пару вращающихся цилиндров для нагрева и приложения давления к легкоплавкому волокнистому листовому материалу для образования спеченных участков заданного узора рисунка, при этом, по меньшей мере, один из указанных спаренных вращающихся цилиндров выполнен со сварочными выступами на его внешней поверхности для образования указанных спеченных участков заданного узора рисунка и с изоляционным материалом, размещенным на участках, не занимаемых указанными сварочными выступами, причем указанный изоляционный материал имеет более низкую теплопроводность, чем теплопроводность указанных сварочных выступов, и выполнен с возможностью упругого сжатия давлением, прикладываемым указанными вращающимися цилиндрами.
5. Термосварочное устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что когда указанный изоляционный материал не подвергается воздействию давления указанными вращающимися цилиндрами, он имеет толщину, которая равна или больше высоты указанных сварочных выступов.
6. Термосварочное устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что когда указанный изоляционный материал подвергается воздействию давления указанными вращающимися цилиндрами, он имеет толщину, которая равна или меньше высоты указанных сварочных выступов.
