Abstract
El método proporciona un perfeccionamiento sobre los métodos de carbonilacion de metanol del arte previo, que reduce sustancialmente la produccion deimpurezas de carbonilo. La produccion de impurezas de carbonilo, en particular acetaldehído, crotonaldehido y 2-etil crotonaldehído, en reacciones decarbonilacion de metanol, ha demostrado disminuir, manteniendo una presion parcial de hidrogeno entre aproximadamente 0,1 y 4 psia (0,68 y 27,5 kPa abs.) a unapresion total de reaccion de desde aproximadamente 15 a aproximadamente 40 atmosferas (1,5 a 4,05 MPa) de presion de reaccion total.
