Abstract
Una balsa salvavidas autoadrizable (10) comprende un cuerpo de la balsa (11) que tiene paredes laterales inflables (21, 22) y un piso (15), ubicado entrelas mismas. Por lo menos dos piezas de tubos inflables forman unos arcos (51, 52), que seextiend en desde un lado del cuerpo de la balsasa hasta el otro; cadaarco se extiende hacia arriba y hacia afuera, desde un perímetro del mencionado cuerpo de la balsa (11), en ángulo desde la perpendicular al citado cuerpo dela balsa. La balsasalvavidas ti ene un eje central de simetría (61) y un centro de gravedad, a través del cual el peso de la balsa salvavidas actua para girarla balsa sobre la superficie del agua, desde una posicion invertida e inestable hasta una posicion adrizada yestable. Las p iezas de tubo, cuando estáninfladas, tienen una flotacion suficiente como para ejercer un momento de giro sobre la balsa salvavidas (10), haciendo que la balsa salvavidas se tumbe poraccion de la gravedad, a una posicion adrizada. Porlo menos un tub o de interconexion inflable(70, 71, 72, 76, 77) está ubicado entre los arcos (51, 52) y estádesalineado con respecto al eje central (61), para aumentar el momento de giro.
