Abstract
Una unidad de montaje (1) de compuestos para máquinas para producir contínuamente envases asépticos sellados (2), conteniendo productosalimenticios vertibles, a partir de un tubo (14) de material de empaque y que es llenado con el productoalimenticio y alimentados a lo largo de una víade alimentacion (A). La unidad (1) tiene un primer y segundo portador de cadena (10, 11) que tiene respectivamente un numero de mordazas (12) y una cantidadde contra-mordazas (13), las cualesinteractuan con el tubo (14) para sujetar y sellar térmicamente el tubo en las sucesivas secciones transversales y asídefinir una banda (25) de envases (2) conectados entre sí mediante las respectivas cintas selladoras transversales (26);y la unidad tiene también unprimer y un segundo elemento cortante (54,55) ubicados debajo de los portadores (10, 11) y simétricamente sobre los lados opuestos de la víade alimentacion (A), rotando sincronicamente y en direcciones opuestasal rededor de los respectivos ejes de rotacion (G, H) transversalmente a la víade alimentacion (A) y cooperando con la banda (25) de los envases (2) para cortar la banda (25) a lo largo de las cintas selladores (26) y arrastrarlos envases (2)fuera de los portadores de cadena (10, 11).
