Abstract
Un procedimiento de mordentado y/o de pasivado de acero fino en el que se pone en contacto el acero fino con una solucion de tratamiento acuosa con unvalor pH inferior o igual a 2,5, con una temperatura que se encuentra en el rango de 30 a 70°Cy que contiene 15 a 100 g/l de iones hierro, caracterizadoporque el Fe(II) formado durante el proceso de mordentado se oxida a Fe(III) poniendo en contacto a la solucion de tratamiento con oxigeno en presencia de50 a 2000 mg/o de iones cobre (II).La concentracion de cobre preferida se encuentra en el rango de 200 a 600 mg/l. Se puede emplear, por ejemplo, unasolucion de tratamiento exenta de ácido nitrico y que contiene una mezcla de ácido sulfurico y ácido fluorhídrico.
