Abstract
Proporciona aparatos de catéter globo mejorados, para uso en terapias que requieren la transferencia de luz uniforme a un área de tratamiento. Elaparato mejorado comprende un globo que tiene una ventana de tratamiento definida, en quela ventana se delinea usando un material reflexivo. Elaparato puede además comprender un cable de fibra óptica que termina en una punta de difusión, en que la punta de difusión es más larga que la ventana detratamiento. Comprende además métodoster apéuticos mejorados, que utilizan los catéteres globo.
