Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.規定された領域に照射を供給する、規定された処置ウィンドウを有するバ ルーンカテーテルを含む装置であって、 i)光ファイバプローブが挿入され得る透明な中央チャネルと、 ii)該バルーンを膨張させるために用いる、近位端と遠位端とを有する外部 スリーブであって、該遠位端近傍に膨張可能バルーンをさらに含み、該バルーン が両端部において、該処置ウィンドウを規定するために反射材料でコーティング されている、外部スリーブと、 を含む装置。 2.前記処置ウィンドウが長さ約1cm〜20cmである、請求項2に記載の 装置。 3.前記バルーン内の前記処置ウィンドウが、円筒形状である、請求項1に記 載の装置。 4.前記円筒形状処置ウィンドウが、膨張したとき、長さ約3mm〜約200 mmであり、直径約1mm〜100mmである、請求項3に記載の装置。 5.前記反射コーティングが、TiO2、アルミニウム、銀および金からなる 群より選択される、請求項1に記載の装置。 6.拡散器内で終了する光ファイバケーブルをさらに含み、該拡散器が前記処 置ウィンドウよりも長い、請求項1に記載の装置。 7.前記拡散器が円筒形状拡散器である、請求項6に記載の装置。 8.前記拡散器が、前記処置ウィンドウよりも約2cm長い、請求項7に記載 の装置。 9.前記バルーンが、高密度ポリウレタンにより形成されている、請求項1に 記載の装置。 10.前記処置ウィンドウが透明である、請求項1に記載の装置。 11.前記処置ウィンドウが半透明である、請求項1に記載の装置。 12.前記バルーンの壁に取り付けられた1以上の光学センサをさらに含む、 請求項1に記載の装置。 13.規定された領域に照射を供給する、規定された処置ウィンドウを含む、 改良されたバルーンカテーテル装置であって、該改良が、該処置ウィンドウを規 定するために反射材料を用いることを含む、装置。 14.規定された領域に照射を供給する、規定された処置ウィンドウを含む、 改良されたバルーンカテーテル装置であって、該改良が、該処置ウィンドウより も長い光ファイバ拡散チップを含む、装置。 15.規定された領域に照射を供給する、規定された処置ウィンドウを含む、 改良されたバルーンカテーテル装置であって、該改良が、該処置ウィンドウを規 定するための反射材料、および該処置ウィンドウよりも長い光ファイバ拡散チッ プを用いることを含む、装置。 16.規定された標的領域に光を照射する、または光力学治療(PDT)に用 いる、改良された方法であって、該改良が、請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテ ルを用いることを含む、方法。 17.レーザー光源として、約1.5W未満のレーザーダイオードが用いられ る、請求項16に記載の方法。 18.規定された標的領域に光を照射する、または光力学治療(PDT)に用 いる、改良された方法であって、該改良が、請求項6に記載のバルーンカテーテ ルを用いることを含む、方法。 19.レーザー光源として、約1.5W未満のレーザーダイオードが用いられ る、請求項18に記載の方法。
