Abstract
Se describen composiciones de látex curables con radiación, que tienen un mecanismo secundario de curado. En estas composiciones, se combina unadispersión que se propaga por agua, aniónicamente estabilizada, de una o más resinas curables con radiación, con un compuesto de bajo peso molecular quetiene por lo menos dos grupos funcionales reactivos, en donde un grupo funcional reactivo comprende un epoxi, y el otro grupo funcional reactivocomprende ya sea un epoxi o una funcionalidadcapaz de autocondensación después de la formación de la película. Además se describen un método paraproporcionar un revestimiento protector entrecruzado en un substrato, en donde un revestimiento de la composición es aplicado al substrato, el substratorevestido es expuesto a radiación actínica para efectuar el curado, y luego se deja que las porciones no expuestas o poco expuestas del substrato revestidose curen a temperatura ambiente o mayor.
