Abstract

자외선을 흡수할 수 있는 광안정성 플리벤조일레조르시놀을 중합체 매트릭스에 혼입시켜 도료를 제조한다. 도료는 고상 기판용 자외선 보호층 및 실리콘 하드코트 등의 프라이머로서 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a) 하기 일반식(I) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 폴리벤조일레조르시놀중 1종 이상, 및 (b) 상기 일반식(I) 및 (Ⅱ)로 표시되는 폴리벤조일레조르시놀과 상용성인 투명 중합체 매트릭스를 포함하는 도료 조성물.
    상기식에서, 각각의 A는 독립적으로 비치환되거나 또는 수소, 할로겐, 알콕시기, C1-8알킬기 및 히드록시기로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 치환체에 의해 치환된 모노시클릭 또는 폴리시클릭 방향족기이고, R은 수소또는 탄소수 약 10개 미만을 갖는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 지방족 사슬이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리벤조레조르시놀이 4,6-디벤조일레조르시놀, 4-6-디-(4´-t-부틸벤조일)레조르시놀, 4,6-디벤조일-2-프로필레조르시놀 및 2,4,6-트리벤조일레조르시놀인 도료 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 중합체 매트릭스가 폴리우레탄, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리스티렌, 아크릴계 또는 메타크릴계 중합체 또는 공중합체 또는 이의 혼합물인 도료 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 투명 중합체 매트릭스가 폴리(메틸 메타크릴레이트)인 도료 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도료 조성물이 아크릴계 중합체 및 유기 용매를 포함하는 조성물인 도료 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 중합체 매트릭스가 아크릴계 중합체 및 물으 포함하는 에멀젼이고, 상기 폴리벤조일레조르시놀이 실릴화되거나 일반식(I)의 저융점 혼합물, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 혼합물 또는 일반식(I)과 일반식(Ⅱ)의 혼합물로서 사용되는 것인 도료 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 도료 조성물로 코팅시킨 폴리카르보네이트 기관을 포함하는 물품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도표가 그 위에 도포된 실리콘 하드코트를 갖는 프라이머(primer)인 물품.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 하드코트가 콜로이드성 실리카 및 하기 일반식을 갖는 트리알콕시실란을 포함하는 것인 물품.
    RSi(OR)3
    상기 식에서, 각각의 R은 독립적으로 탄소수 1내지 3개의 알킬기 또는 치환되거나 또는 비치환된 방향족기이다.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 하드코트가 자외선 흡수제를 함유하는 것인 물품.
