Abstract
본 발명은 (ⅰ) 고 표면 에너지 중합체와, (ⅱ) 저 표면 에너지 중합체의 중합체 블렌드의 물품 상에 확산 차단층을 형성하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로, 저표면 에너지 중합체는 폴리실란 또는 폴리실록산과 같은 유기 규소 중합체이다. 물품의 표면은 오존과 자외선에 노출되어 확산 차단층을 형성한다.

Claims (19)
- (ⅰ) 고 표면 에너지 중합체와, (ⅱ) 저 표면 에너지 중합체의 중합체 블렌드의 물품을 오존 및 자외선에 노출시키는 것을 포함하는, 상기 물품 상에 확산 차단층을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고 표면 에너지 중합체의 표면 장력이 상기 저 표면 에너지 중합체 보다 적어도 5dyn/㎝ 큰 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고 표면 에너지 중합체의 표면 장력이 상기 저 표면 에너지 중합체 보다 적어도 10dyn/㎝ 큰 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저 표면 에너지 중합체가 실란 및 실록산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 저 표면 에너지 중합체가 실록산인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 확산 차단층이 SiOx(x는 1.6~2.0임) 층인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산 차단층이 적어도 1140nm 적외선 밴드로부터 가시광선 밴드를 걸쳐 185nm자외선 밴드에 이르기까지 투명한 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고 표면 에너지 중합체가 폴리알킬, 폴리비닐, 폴리에폭사이드, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리이미드, 및 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저 표면 에너지 중합체가 물품 표면 근처에서 도판트로서 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저 표면 에너지 중합체가 물품 전체에 분산되는 방법.
- 유기규소/유기 중합체 블렌드의 물품을 오존 및 자외선에 노출시켜 상기 물품 상에 SiOx(여기서, x는 1.6~2.0임) 확산 차단층을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 상기 물품 상의 확산 차단층의 형성방법.
- (ⅰ) 저 표면 에너지 Si함유 유기규소 중합체 및 (ⅱ) 고 표면 에너지 중합체의 중합체 블렌드 및 그 위의 확산 차단층으로 이루어진 중합성 물품.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 저 표면 에너지 유기규소 중합체가 실란 및 실록산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 중합성 물품.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 저 표면 에너지 유기규소 중합체가 실록산인 중합성 물품.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 확산 차단층이 SiOx(여기서, x는 1.6~2.0임) 층인 중합성 물품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 확산 차단층이 적어도 1140nm 적외선 밴드로부터 가시광선 밴드를 걸쳐 185nm자외선 밴드에 이르기까지 투명한 중합성 물품.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 고 표면 에너지 중합체가 폴리알킬, 폴리비닐, 폴리에폭사이드, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리이미드, 및 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 중합성 물품.
