Abstract

본 발명은 기판 표면의 반응성 그룹과 피복물의 X-그룹을 반응시켜 상기 기판상에 결합되는 피복물로서, 상기 피복물은 상이한 Si원자에 결합된 X′- 및 X-그룹[이들중, 그룹 X′-는 원하는 표면 특성을 제공하는 1가의 유기 그룹이고 그룹 X-는 기판 표면상의 그룹과 반응하며 그룹 X′-보다 표면 장력이 높은 1가의 유기 그룹임]을 함유하는 가교결합된 코폴리실록산을 포함하여 원하는 표면 특성이 부여된 기판상의 피복물에 관한다. 하나의 구체예에서 X′4-그룹이 식 CF3Z-인[식 중, Z는 2가의 유기 그룹이거나 또는 식 CH3(CH2)t(식 중, t는 3 이상임)임] 비습윤성(non-wetting) 피복물을 제공한다.

Claims (8)

  1. X-그룹과 이와 반응성인 기판 표면 그룹과의 반응으로 기판에 결합되는 피복물로서, 상이한 Si원자에 결합된 X′-및 X-그룹[이들중, 그룹 X′-는 원하는 표면 특성을 제공하는 1가의 유기 그룹이고 그룹 X-는 기판 표면상의 그룹과 반응하며 그룹 X′-보다 표면 장력이 높은 1가의 유기 그룹임]을 함유하는 가교결합된 코폴리실록산을 포함하며 기판에 원하는 표면 특성을 부여하는 기판상의 피복물.
  2. X-그룹과 이와 반응성인 기판 표면 그룹과의 반응으로 기판에 결합되는 피복물로서, 폴리실록산이 상이한 Si원자에 결합된 X′-및 X-그룹[여기서, 각각의 X′그룹은 식 CF3Z-[식 중, 각각의 Z가 2가의 유기 그룹임)이며 각각의 X는 기판 표면상의 그룹과 반응성이 있으며 그룹 CF3Z-보다 표면 장력이 더 높은 1가의 유기 그룹임]임을 함유하는 비습윤성 가교결합된 코폴리실록산 피복물(non-wetting crosslinked copolysiloxane coating).
  3. 제2항에 있어서, Z가, Z를 Si원자에 결합시키는 그룹 -CH2-CH2-을 함유하는 피복물.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 최소한 몇개의 CF3Z-그룹내의 하나 이상의 플루오르 원자가 수소 원자에 의하여 치환된 피복물.
  5. 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, X′-그룹이 CH3-그룹, CF3-그룹 및 이들 그룹의 혼합물에서 선택된 피복물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 의도하는 표면 특성을 제공하는 X′-그룹을 함유하는 Si원자 및 피복물을 기판에 결합시키는 X그룹을 함유하는 Si원자가 상이한 실록산층에 존재하는 피복물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 의도하는 표면 특성을 제공하는 X′-그룹을 함유하는 Si원자 및 피복물을 기판에 결합시키는 X그룹을 함유하는 Si원자가 하나 이상의 실록산층에 의하여 분리되어 있는 피복물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리실록산이 하기의 반복 단위를 포함하는 피복물.
